Sleep schedules

Are you and your SO on the same sleep schedule?

There's no "always" or "yes" option.

I put "it varies." Most of the time, DH goes to bed with me, but sometimes he's not tired when I go to bed, but most of the time, we do have the same sleep schedule.

My DH goes to bed later and sleeps later than I do. There are times when he will go to bed early or I will go to bed later, but this is not often. He has some kind of delayed sleep disorder too.

I never sleep in; the dogs are on a schedule and don't see weekends any differet On the weekends when DH is off work I feel like I can't get much of anything done for the first like 3-4 hrs in mornings trying not to disturb him. Then I feel bad thinking that when I know he works hard to take care of us and doesn't get much sleep through the week.

I just wish he slept the same schedule as me sometimes.

We stay on almost the exact same schedule. On the weekend, I'll sometimes sleep in for an extra hour or so, but that's it. We get in bed around 9:15, turn off the lights at 10, and get up at 7.

I voted it varies.....DH does shift work so it all depends on what day of the week and what week it is.

Varies for us. Steve works swing shift so it really depends on the day. We usually go to be around the same time. Sometimes he goes to bed a little later. When he is on day shift he is up at 530. I don't get up till the boys wake up around 7. When he is off we both get up at 7 or we will take turned letting each other sleep in.

We go to bed at the same time but during the week DH gets up about an hour before me. On the weekends we both sleep later than during the week, but sometimes he gets up first and sometimes I do.
