I went to a REALLY fun wedding last night. The couple are so fun loving and you could tell their entire goal of the wedding was to make sure everyone had a great time. Everything was made to fit their style including their vows... They had the traditional, do you promise to love, honor, blah blah in their vows, but they also had, "do you promise to frustrate and challenge?" I LOVED that line! I think it is so fitting of an actual marriage. I am going to steal that line for our wedding.
What unique vow did you have in your ceremony? |

These vows are the base of the wedding, without the decoration and crowd wedding can be possible but without the vows the wedding is just impossible.

We didn't do anything special.

We wrote our own vows, but not in the "letter to your partner" format. It was still the "repeat after the minister" format. And we based our vows off of a song. The line that we still to this day repeat anytime we need the other one's help is, "we can accomplish more together than we can by ourselves."
