I am bringing mashed potatoes and caramel apple crisp to take to my parents house tomorrow.

I like the stuffing and rolls that my Mom makes.

Friday DH and I are having our "thanksgiving" dinner; I am making a turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls.

Tomorrow we'll be having turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean cassarole, stuffing, rolls, cranberries... and I'm guessing a veggie tray. And then MIL always makes pumpkin pie. My mom is bringing a banana cream pie from a local restaurant.

My favorite has always been green bean cassarole. I also really like banana cream pie.. never really been a huge fan of pumpkin pie, though. I'm really looking forward to so much home cooked food!

Tomorrow we're going out to breakfast, then having beef sandwiches. That's all. I kind of wish I hadn't agreed to go over to the in-laws. It would be nice to have a real thanksgiving dinner.

I loooooove stuffing and mashed potatoes and casseroles and pie.

Since there are only 2 of us I sort of cheated and bought stuff at the deli to reheat. No point in slaving over yams and things if somebody else can make them. I am making homemade stuffing and pie though.

Thanksgiving 1 was turkey, mashed potatoes, scalloped corn, green beans, cooked carrots, rolls and stuffing.

I think tomorrow will be a lot of the same traditional thanksgiving foods.

My favorite is a pie that my grandma used to make: We call it cracker pie, basically it' considered a "mock" apple pie, but doesn't taste like an apple pie at all. Luckily, we have all of grams recipes so we can still make it.

This one is similar. I know it sounds weird but it is amazing!
