Default Chocolate Fountain or Candy Buffet

Tell me which would go over better...please!!

OK...so I orginally planned to have a candy buffet and I already bought the jars and such for it but I was supposed to go get pink and green candy around easter and I didnt cause it was too expensive...I just thought that i could get them on an bulk website.

Now it is like 1 month and a couple weeks away and I am broke!! I was just wondering should I stick with my candy buffet idea or do a chocolate fountian and put fruit and such in my glass bowls!?! I can make the chocolate pink too and I think it will be pretty but not sure just yet!

Here are my bowls....

Here is an example of the chocolate fountian...

Here is the candy buffet I love...

The candy buffet sounds great! We had chocolate fondue and strawberries at our wedding. I've been told that chocolate fountains are a bit messy.

We had a chocolate fountain (we used white chocolate) and it was a huge hit! The fountain was THE gathering/social spot for the guests.

I'm obsessed with chocolate fountains, so that's what I voted for.

see i figured a choco. fountain would appeal to more people...cause not all older people enjoy candy as much. AND the fruit and cookies would be a lot cheaper than the candy...

But would it look good in the bowls that I have??
