Lets see ... Last night I made this Sicilian Casserole dish I found online. I tweeked it some; I used prepared jar pasta sauce instead of the tomato paste and tomato sauce. And I used an Italian blend shredded cheese instead of just the Parmesan, and didn't use the peppers. DH and I both thought it was good so I will make it again.

Tonight we had my chicken and rice casserole (recipe is in the OW Recipe eBook); it was good too

Tomorrow, not sure yet; I assume something with ground beef.

I had Chick-Fil-A for the first time in my life. I had a chicken sandwich. It was okay. I'm not a big cook especially not on nights I work (at 8:30) so tonight, food court it was!

Jon had left-over teriyaki chicken stir-fry. I had garlic humus with wheat-thin veggi chips and a Tropical fruit shake. Orange juice mixed with frozen mango, peaches, pineapple, melon and kiwi. YUMMY!
