Default Water Bottle Labels

Our wedding is outside in June so as one of our favors we were going to have water bottles with personalized labels. Have any of you done this?? If you have, how did you make the labels and get them to stick. Pictures are always welcome.

Well I've never done this myself but I'd think it wouldn't be too difficult. If you can't print on some sort of paper or plastic that would be guaranteed not to run you might want to use some sort of laminate or packing tape to protect the labels from bottle sweat. I imagine a glue stick or elmers or something would be enough to keep the paper on.

I think it's a neat idea!

They have some to do it (they say they are made for water bottles but basically what i would do is get some labels the SAME size as the water bottle labels in a color (this will make it so you can place the label right over the other) and you can just put your monogram
I plan on doing this too for on the bar. I am not doing it as a favor- just doing about 50 of them and setting them on the bar

You could print them on your computer at home and use a clue stick to apply them. It would help if you had a paper cutter to trim clean edges.

Or you could order them online and stick them on yourself; here is a place I found - Personalized Water Bottles Labels

ETA - Here is another site I found - www.mywaterbottlelabels.com

I didn't use them for our wedding, but I used them in our out of town guest baskets.

I printed them at home, cut them out & used the roll-on doublestick tape (I love that stuff!).

I'll post a picture as soon as I can.

I can now!

Details here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=191227.0

Here's a pic of the water bottles:

Our colors were red & black and we had a nature/plum blossom theme.

Hope that helps!
