I just weighed myself this morning ... 149!
![]() I'm so happy that I'm below 150 again. Now, I just gotta keep it up and hope I lose 1 or 2 pounds next week. Now I'm off to eat an apple for breakfast. I got these McIntosh apples yesterday that are fantastic!

So I started off good today, and with intentions of being somewhat good, even with going out. But at the baby shower, I thought "light refreshments" meant crackers, chips, etc. that I wouldn't eat. No, there were small slices of thin crust pizza and coconut chicken. So i had one piece of chicken, and 3 slices of pizza. Then we went out to dinner and I had a yummy bubble gum rickey alcoholic drink from 99. It was VERY good; couldn't even taste the alcohol. I was good though, and substituted my fries for corn. But now I'm indulging in some ice cream. Back to the plan tomorrow though...

Food for today ..
1 serving frosted mini wheats 1 apple a few mini candy bars (stupid halloween lol) 1 oz. cheddar cheese 1 serving Special K crackers 1 bowl homemade chicken noodle soup 10 saltine crackers 1 toaster strudel, boston cream pie I guess on a few things, like 250 cals for the candy, and 300 for the soup .. I think I was off on the soup .. But even with the junk, I still ended up with 1350 calories for the day .. And I'm about to go to bed, so no more eating for me! And for exercise .. I did a 20 Jackie Warner 1 on 1 Abs workout, and then 30 minutes of a the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader bootcamp .. Both were OnDemand and both were butt kicking workouts .. I think I'm gonna feel it in my legs tomorrow ..

LOL ![]() 300 sounds right for the soup - depending on the amount of noodles and chicken and the size of the bowl of course. But even the fattiest bowl of potato soup I make has only 330 calories in it. You can't do worse than that potato soup... |

Very good day for calories. I'm way under my limit, more under than I'd like to be. But I'm going to bed soon. It's only 7:30 here, but I'm exhausted. Getting up at 4 a.m. is not good for me.
Food for today ... 1 serving frosted mini wheats 1 apple 2 twizzlers, 2 mini candy bars 1 oz. cheddar cheese 1 serving Special K crackers 1 yogurt 1 90 cal. granola bar 1 bowl chicken noodle soup fat free hot chocolate 1 choc mint pudding cup For a grand total of about 1200 calories. I'm trying to aim for like 1300-1400 calories, because I know you should never go below 1200. But this should make up for my days, like Sunday, where I went way over my limit. I was a lil sore from yesterdays workout, so I just did the Wii Fit with 30 minutes of step aerobics. I didn't want to do anything, but I still pushed through. Back to the elliptical tomorrow. FH will be gone for class, so I'll be alone. For some reason, I don't like doing it when he's home

No workout today. I was exhausted all day at work and still when I got home. So I just laid on the couch and watched all my DVRd shows. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and be able to workout. I just had no energy when I got home.
For food today .. 1/2 serving frosted mini wheats 1 serving apple jacks ginger ale apple 2 mini candy bars 1 oz. cheddar cheese 1 serving Special K crackers yogurt 2 salads with 1 tomato in each 1 serving french fries 1 grilled cheese, w/ provolone cheese For a total of about 1375

Yesterday was a good day. Both exercise and food.
1 serving apple jacks apple pepsi 1 oz. cheddar cheese 1 serving Special K crackers 1 yogurt 1 salad with tomato 1 Marie Calllendar's Pasta Al Dente Tortellini Meal 1 boston creme toaster strudel For a total of about 1350 Exercise, I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 situps. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do today. Food I'll be good, but I don't know if I'll exercise. I was up half the night with FH. He needs a root canal done, and he was trying to put it off until January when he has his benefits, since he's already used up all his dental. Well, he's been up the past 2 nights with severe pain. I told him he needs to call the dentist today, and hopefully get something done about it. So, we'll just see what happens, and I'll see how tired I am this afternoon before I do anything.

Thanks Gwen. He called the dentist when he left work at 1. Well, they closed at noon. He called the emergency number since he was still in so much pain, and they lady called back and said they couldn't take him today. So, she called in a prescription for extra strength vicodin, and amoxicillin. Well, the vicodin really hasn't been doing anything for him. He's still cringing in pain sometimes. We tried calling the emergency number back, left a message, and no one has called us back. We'll see if they do. I just hope he can get a good night sleep, since he really hasn't slept well since Monday or Tuesday.
Anyways .. I didn't work out .. I was too tired when I got home. I plan on getting lots of sleep tonight, and working out at least once on the elliptical, maybe the wii fit or wii active too. For food .. 1.5 servings apple jacks apple tiny piece of choc. chip pumpkin bread 1 oz. cheddar cheese 1 serving special k crackers yogurt 1 cup rotisserie chicken 2 servings potato salad For a total of about 1450. I'm hoping to do good over the weekend. We have nothing planned so I'll be able to stay home and hopefully watch my calories.
