Yesterday I ran 7.2 miles, which is the farthest I've gone in like 7 weeks, and today I feel like I've been hit by a truck so I don't intend to exercise at all!

I like walking, its part of my daily routine from many years. I give 30 to 45 min daily before eating my break fast.

Today and Tuesday DH and I ran a little under 6 miles. It's not very pleasant these days - dark out and freezing. Hopefully we won't have to go inside though - an hour on a treadmill sounds miserable to me.

Well!!Exercise has own importance for fitness of the body.It is

DH and I just went for a 9 mile run. I'm pleased because we haven't gone this far in weeks and kind of fell off the wagon with the holidays. It wasn't my best run ever, but I'm proud to have finished!
