Been meaning to have DH teach me how to use the wii fit. He's off today, so I am going to make sure that it DOES happen today!!!

Today was pretty weak - we ran a little over 2.5 miles. It was just SO HOT and we weren't prepared for it. There's a running quote that's something like, "If you never have a good day running you might be doing something wrong, but if you never have a bad day running you're definitely doing something wrong." My last few runs have been bad ones - hoping that next time we go out I get my groove back!

Today the storms broke long enough for DH and me to do a 5.2 mile jog. It's my PR for distance and even though we took it at an easy pace (5.4 mph) I'm still proud of myself. And getting ready to enjoy the worry free dinner I get now!

DH and I took a walk on the beach earlier, then swimming some, then a couple of hours walking around shopping ... that counts, right

DH and I are going to the park later tonight, so we're going to do AT LEAST one lap around the park (1/2 mile) and walk to the mall and then around inside the mall and then back to the park.
And Brandi, if walking didn't count, then I'd never be able to post in this thread!

My BF and I decided on Sunday that we would start running in the morning. This is a challenge because I absolutely HATE waking up early! I mean, I will adjust my alarm time by 2 minutes if I think I can shave off a bit of getting ready time.
But, after doing it for 2 days, it's going really well so far! We only run a mile right now, but after establishing the routine I'm hoping to bump it up to 2 miles and maybe doing a whole 5k once or twice a week (I may be being a bit unrealistic though, haha). I feel a lot more awake in the morning and I feel more productive in general. Plus, it's really good for my bf because he works from home and this ensures that he wakes up at a decent time every day. Do you ladies like to work out in the morning, afternoon, or at night?

Cleaning.
And Regan- i would like to exercise in the morning before my husband gets home from work... But usually my ankles are swollen at that time so its a no go.. So i usually do it when i get home from work, around midnight. |

Yesterday I did Turbo Jam!
Right now I am hungry and need to eat dinner soon. Thinking my workout will be another late one. Probably cross trainer and weights!
