Honestly? I didn't even know about the engagement! I always thought they were married... shows how much I pay attention. I feel like most Celeb relationships are just for the publicity. Maybe I'm just heartless...

I dunno how I feel about her ring. It's nice, but not at all my taste.

The only reason I knew they weren't married is because 2 years ago, when my friend was getting married, I was putting together a "guess the couple" game, and Brad and Angelina were one of the couples I was thinking about doing, but when I did my research, I found that they weren't married. I totally thought they already were too! LOL!

I quit putting much stock in celeb weddings. Unfortunately, they're lucky if they last more than 5 years. I know that's wrong to say, but it's soooooo true! I generally don't buy into the hype because I agree with Jenny - it's usually just for the publicity.

^ Ditto. Honestly? Not a big deal. lol They are pretty much married with kids and living together and stuff anyway. And i am sure they have a ton of fancy parties to attend all the time. So i can't imagine it being horribly special.

I wonder if they'll get a prenup. I know Brad didn't with Jennifer Aniston because they were both independently wealthy and didn't find it necessary. So, I wonder if Brad and Angelina will, since there are kids involved?!

I think Angelina's ring suits her personality perfectly. She's very simple and classy. She doesn't look like she'd want a ring with a lot of metal. Personally I'm not a big fan of emerald cuts like that, the stair step look requires a really great flawless stone to look "good". And it doesn't "shine" because there are less facets. Which me to, just looks like a fancy cut of glass (like Beyonce's ring).
