Mother and Son Song - Country...or rock??? HELP ...

Hey everyone...

I am looking for a son/mother song for my fiance to dance to with his mom...Unfortunatley she wants it to be directed towards her...the Only son that I have found and some what liked is 20 years late....

If anyone of you has any other ideas other then Mama by Boys 2 Men Please let me know....She wants it to be a mushy...which is making it hard for us...

well seems kind of self absorbed that she has to pick which kind of song SHE wants. i know people that dont even do m/s dances. shes lucky :)

Wind beneath my wings is a great one. my fmil and i picked that one- FH said he didnt care and it was up to me so i asked her to pick one. the last thing i wanted was one more stress of picking another thing for this wedding :)

Does she have any suggestions or your FH have any suggestions? I'd let her pick it - it's her song. Why do you have to go nutty picking the mother/son song?

My DH didn't want to dance with his mom. I told him that was his fight if she was upset after the wedding. I never heard a word - apparently, she didn't care.

I would FOR SURE ask her for some ideas..have her give you like 5 and then pick, that way her voice is being heard!!! If she is already asking for it to be directed at her she must have some opinions!!!
