The videographer made so many mistakes with our video. He gave us a cheap list of sections when we paid for pictured chapters, he used a folded copy of our pictures instead of the original digital photo and he cut the singers song half way through our unity candle. The list goes on...
When we told him of the problems he had the nerve to refuse to fix it without an additional re-editing fee of $500!!! Not the original agreement...Buyer beware, this is not a reputable company. I wish I knew earlier. Now my video is ruined.

Nicole, Im sorry you had such a bad experience. Hopefully things will work out for you.
D.D. - I think she may be stuck between a rock and a hard place. If the video she has is the "cut" version, theres no way someone else can fix it. There are parts missing that can not be pulled back up. If the 1st guy still has the original "full length" version AND she can get it or at least a copy of it, then she might can take it to someone else and have it formatted the way she wants it.
Since the idea I had for pics fell though, Im thinking about having someone do a video of my wedding, but Im not sure yet.

Sometimes...Most of the time people end up walkin away saying "wow"!!
Then again some people are very jelous ansd wish for nothing more than to make your day hell..My advice is if you know people like that -that have those tendencies..Dont invite them..It is your day..Make the memory last in your mind as blissfully unforgettable
