Invitation-When to mail

I need to tell my place by November 30 the exact count, so I put November 9 (which is my step-dad's b-day) on the invite...when should I mail them out????

Since it is a destination wedding, pretty much everyone who is going already knows and has their trip booked!

Wow! You went really early on the RSVP due date, taking that into consideration I would mail them on 10/22 to give them about 2 weeks to respond. That is a bit earlier than 8 weeks, but if you already have the 11/9 due date printed on them, you don't have much choice.

Yeah....one month ahead of time! Crazy HUH?!?!?

But like I said....at this point if you have not booked your trip to Hawaii you are most likely not going to be able to come!!!

We had to know 30 days before our wedding how much food to plan for and seating and stuff like that for the reception. We put on the RSVP buy May 20. Some people thought it was too early, but most of the people who came, RSVPed by then or shortly after. We wanted to have almost a week to get everything together to tell them. It all turned out fine.
