Florist reveals married man's infidelity

A MARRIED man is suing an online florist for $1.15 million after it revealed his infidelity to his wife.

Leroy Greer of Missouri City asked 1-800-Flowers to send a dozen red roses to his mistress and to keep the order private by not mailing the transaction to his home or office, Fark.com reported.

However, months later, 1-800-Flowers sent a thank-you card to Mr Greer's home. Mr Greer's wife called the business for proof of purchase. 1-800-Flowers faxed her proof of Mr Greer's order of flowers for his mistress.

The fax included Mr Greer's card message which read: "Just wanted to say I love you and you mean the world to me! Leroy".

His wife has filed for divorce.

The case continues.

I see he deserved to get caught; darn cheater :snide:

But I guess I can see that he's be upset that the business went against his request, but can you really sue for that :bbconfused: I wonder if there is a cheater/florist confidentiality clause he could fall back on to help his case :worm:

In Sacramento one of the radio stations has something like this it is called battle of the roses (or something). Here is how is works..

If someone suspects their mate is cheating they call the radio station, then the radio station calls the person with the other one on the phone listening and says,

"Congratulations we are having a promotion and you have won a dozen red roses to send to ANYONE you want." Then the person tells them who they want to send the roses to...most of the time they DO send them to the person they are cheating on...then the girl (usually) starts screaming at them! IT IS CLASSIC!!!!

One time the guys sent them to his mom and the chick was PISSED!

I've heard the battle of the roses before - it's hilarious! That guy who's suing gets what he deserves! I'm glad his wife found out!
