Hey all,
We are having a new contest!
This will be a team contest thing. So first you will have to build your teams! The teams will consist of 3 people; a team captain (current members) and 2 new members (referred by current member) that join under them.
You will have to let us know that you are wanting to participate (posting here) and pick a name for your team (maybe even put the team name is your siggy). Then let us know when your friends join and make sure they use your name as the referral. We will be keeping track to keep it fair.
Your friends can either use your member name in the referral field during registration, or they can follow your personal/unique referral link. Click here (http://forums.onewed.com/faq.php?s=&do=search&q=referral&match) and you should find your unique link to send to friends. *Ex: my link ends in 698, yours should be different*
You will have a week (until Tuesday of next week) to get your 2 friends to join and build your teams; so get started!
Once we have the participating teams set up, we will be posting random trivia questions (wedding related, member related, pop culture, ect) and the teams will compete to get the most right. The first person to answer correctly will win a point for their team.
The contest will run through the end of August with 1 question posted everyday. Then the winning team will split $150 (gift cards and such) in prizes!
ETA - Just so we are all clear, this is a refer a friend contest. The teams will consist of one current member and 2 new members that are referred by the current member and that join under them.
Mods/Admin will not be participating in the contest as they will be helping to run it.
We will be skipping weekends since there are usually more people online through the week.
