Does anyone else feel like no matter how much planning is done none of this is ever going to come together and turn out alright? I just feel like the day isn't going to come together how I'm picturing, and it's going to be a huge unorganized mess!! I'm getting terrified of this and dreaming of all the things I could forget to do and what's not going to turn out. Does anyone else have these fears?

I had those fears last summer for our wedding, but ya know...things turned out. And as most of us will tell you, things WILL go wrong on your wedding day, but you will find that a lot of it doesn't matter because what does is that you and your husband have taken that big step and committed yourselves to one another on that day!! Things will come together!! Even if it is the night before the wedding!! (At one thirty in the morning I was running around at the ceremony site getting the rest of things together!)

You'll be amazed with yourself and how good things look when you were doubting them in the beginning!! And those dreams, yeah I had those too! The dress was wrong in one, I wore red clown shoes in another. (I couldn't find my shoes for my dress so I was stressing and dreamed that!)

Take a deep breath!! It will all come together!!

I've been worried about things not coming together alot too! I've bought myself a big desk calendar from Staples Business Depot and wrote in when i need to do things. I think it will really help me to see what's next and what needs to be done when. I am also in the prossess of making a big list on poster board to hang on the wall. Write everything you need to do down on it, give yourself a place to write in when you have completed that task! You'll eventually see everything is moving along smoothly.
There are going to be things that don't go exactly as planned on your wedding day. But, It will all work out in the end.
I has nightmares about forgetting to book a photographer, not being able to get my hair done and having to wear it in my usual messy ponytail, and about it rainning to heavily that i was drenched getting from the church to the car.
Everything will work out and it will be amazing!

Thats an excellent idea!! If you write down and can see whats done and needs to be done, I think it would be easier on ya!! I wish I had done that for my own wedding!! Lol!

I'm right there with you Sarah. I'm TERRIFIED something isn't going to go right or I'm going to find out that I forgot something. I only have four and a half months, I have very little money, and SO much to do! It's scary.

Well I was talking to my sister yesterday and we got to discussing things going wrong at weddings. She said that if you go into your wedding thinking nothing will go qrong, then everything will! SHe also said that 9 times out of 10, the bride is the only one that notices something isnt right. Sooooo....Im just going to plan my wedding the best I can, and just enjoy the celebration.
