Planning day!

Ok guys. I have the majority of the day to sit in front of my computer and work on the wedding. I haven't had one of these days yet. But I figure, I have the majority of my house work done, and it's a rain, BLAH day outside, it's the perfect time to surf the web and look for ideas. So, I'll be here till about 5:30 tonight, so anyone who wants to help, the more the merrier! We could have a planning party! Oh, and I'lll need some motivation. I tend to work on this for an hour, get frustrated and give up, so any help is appreciated!

What am I looking for? I feel like everything! I don't have many ideas for things. The flowers I like are kinda expenisve so I want to see if there are other options I really like. I haven't found invitations I love. I don't know about centerpieces or favors yet. All the little things like toasting glasses, shoes, unity candles, stuff like that. I want to send out my STD cards by the begining of February since there are a lot of people that have to travel, and I have no ideas for those. Oh, and the BM dresses I posted last week. I can't get anyone to agree on and I want them to like what they have to wear, so back to the drawing board. So, yeah, it's an anything and everything day. Just trying to get ideas on everything. But I'm finding myself mostly focused on BM dresses, STD, and centerpieces today.

I like clip art....It has given me a couple ideas for invites and STDs. Yay! I accomplished (kinda) something.

Jen, thank's for that site. I am finding a lot of pics that I like on that too. I was just using the microsoft site earlier. I just talked to FH and after dinner we are going to head over to his place and try to pick what we want to do for the STD and an idea for the invitations (we'd like them to kinda look alike). Since he has high speed internet it should go a little faster. I'll have to e-mail him that site so I remember to to show him the pics!

Hey, I'll have to look through that site when I'm not on a computer that moves faster than solidifying lava...anyways, I get to have a MAKE STUFF day tomorrow.

I should be doing housework and I promised my FH that I would do the dishes and shave my legs tomorrow (:bbeek: maybe that's TMI, oh well)...so at least that needs to get done...but I've got a TON of ideas in my head and I have the supplies to make quite a bit of them, so that's what I'm doing tomorrow. Here's a list of the definites:

Music Table floral arrangements (the tall vases and branches I was talking about)
Hotel information booklets (I still have to pick out the cover paper for them, but that won't take too long)
Go take the ceremony script to the officiant (hopefully he'll be there and free so that I can talk it over with him---I figured if I did this now, he'd have plenty of time to get a good jist of it so he won't be reading straight from it...because we all know how boring that can be)

Head table centerpiece (my mother found a brick candle that will work...not quite what I was looking for, but not bad either)
Pier ONE! They're having a sale and I really like their half yellow-half pink candles, so I wanted to get a few for the decorations.
