hi

ive been on a diet now for 7 weeks on monday, so far ive lost 1 stone which im really pleased with. im doing weightwatchers which im finding easy. have to say though i have had such a stressful and busy week i gave my self some time off from the diet so come monday morning....my weigh in time....i think i have put on a couple of pound

i'll have to work twice as hard this week to lose it and really should start to exercise but i hate doing it and to be honest with 3 kids and business to sort out its pretty hard to find the time

oh well
will keep you updated on diet

i started as 11st 7lb and last weigh in i was 10st 7lb

Good luck! Sometimes a little break is just what you need to get excited for change. Do keep us posted!

well weighed myself today and i didnt put any on but i didnt lose any either so very chuffed with that
