My husband are I are doing weight watchers... not going to the meetings but just counting points. So far in 2 weeks I have lost a little over 4lbs. I am always on the look out for new weight watcher recipes since we don't go to meetings the internet and our own cooking ablities are the only thing we rely on. I get alot from recipezaar.com if any of you have heard of that site.

Anyways, I just thought I would use this thread to post recipes so in case any of you are looking for low weight watcher point meals/snacks. Or are just looking for a healthy meal/snack. FEEL FREE TO ADD ANY THAT YOU KNOW! :)

Weight Watcher style "Ice Cream Sandwhices" 1.5 points

If you buy basic graham crackers, mine are 1.5 pts per sheet (so like if you were making a smore the top and bottom should equal about 1.5 pts). Take 2 tablespoons or so of fat free cool whip (the kind I bought is called Fit and Active) it is zero points. Put the cool whip in between two squares like you would put a marshmellow in a smore.

Freeze for as long as you like, and eat up :) With the crackers and cool whip I use each "ice cream sandwhich" is only 1.5 points.

When I was on WW, this was my favorite forum. There's TONS of stuff going on...but at the bottom there are a load of recipe threads, divided into categories.

I don't think I understand what you mean. Each food has different points depending on the calories, the fat, and the fibers. You can do it by a "weight watcher slider" or Matt and I have a calculator thing that figures it up.

If you mean how many points each person gets a day you can find that online, or if you go to the meetings.
