Another eBay Dress!

I've been eyeballing a dress from Nordstroms that I really love. Even out of all the expensive dresses I've seen, this one always made me weak in the knees...it's only $300:

I found it new on eBay last night for $89.

:bbeek: So I bought it!!

I decided if I don't like it afterall, I can just put it up on eBay again...no loss. Nordstroms doesn't carry it in store - only online. So I've never been able to try it on. I bought one a size too big just in case it's sized differently....and I can always alter it down to fit.

Keep your fingers crossed for me that it looks as good on me as it does on her! :grinhappy:

Ok, just typing this post must have boosted my good karma! I just got the dress in the mail - SO fast!!!! I wasn't expecting it until Tues/Wed.

It looks GREAT! I just have to alter the hips down a couple of inches and it's perfect!

Its such a lovely dress and what a great deal. That was a great idea to buy it a size larger TangoWedding just in case it needed to be altered. :D

That is such a pretty dress. When do we get to see pictures of you in it?? You know how we love pictures. I'm glad it fit you with only a little alteration. That was something I was worried about too, with buying off the net...but it worked great for me!!

I don't know when I'll have a picture of me in the dress yet. I would like to get it altered and pressed before I take any in it. Ya know...it's gotta be perfect! :grinhappy:

My bridesmaids are coming over today to see it though...just one more excuse to put the thing on! Hee!
