So not really on a diet or changing too much but I've wanted to work out more and watch what I eat as well. I figured that if I have to post for all to see I will be more cautious of my decisions. Brad and I want to be in good shape if we are going to Hawaii and hope fully for me to try on dresses eventually....we'll see...

Breakfast:
cereal with 1/2% milk

Lunch:
Mexican rice
Chips and homemade salsa & guac

Dinner:
Spicy Hommus & pita (I had enough chips @ lunch that I wasn't too hungry)

Treat:
Ice cream sandwich

Workout:
Eliptical-3 miles
Treadmill-.7 mile cooldaown
Bike .5 mile wasting time for Brad to be done
Ab wokout together

Whoa! Good food choices today---hint the sarcasm? (sp)

I feel the same way...not really wanting to lose weight, but just watching what I eat and stuff. And once I am able to start working out again I'm going to post that too. Even if you didn't have a wonderful food day, you did good with exercise!

Breakfast:
Wheat toast w/peanut butter

Lunch:
PB&J on wheat (woke up late today so I grabbed what was easiest to make):D
Spicy hommus & pita

Dinner:
Chips and salsa
Cereal & milk

Treat:
Ice cream sandwich

Wokout: a little limited on time today
5 miles-Bike
.7 miles-treadmill

Still not a great food day, but we don't have much in the fridge (or cupboard) and I'll eat what I can get until the next pay/shopping trip
(I did arms yesterday too but forgot to post that)

Treat:
Ice cream sandwich

Dinner:
I actually can't remember...I didn't feel well and went to bed super early

8'' mushroom sub from Tubbys
A few jalapeno poppers

Dinner:
I haven't eaten it yet...
I think I'm going to make breakfast dinner, cereal and eggs

Bike-6 miles
eliptical-2 miles
walked- .5 miles

Burger w/ 1/2 order of fries

Slept quite a while after cheerleading practice...I got pretty much beat up, but that's how it goes.:grinhappy:

Did you say Mongolian BBQ??

I haven't been to one of those places in years! They don't have any around here anymore. Oh, the sadness. That sounds good. :D

Skipped a day -Sunday and I only remember that I had noodles and beef for dinner.
All of my days are running together and I have so much going on I can't keep each day straight:bbredface:

I posted yesterday and I't not even yesterday...it was 2 days ago, arg...
