Info & Rules:
- Couple must reside or plan to marry in Colorado. (If the military couple does not reside or plan to marry in Colorado, travel expenses for the planner must be paid in full by the couple.)
- Wedding must occur between 1/1/06 and 6/3/06.
- One or both parties must be an active duty military member.
