Well, things went alright, for the most part! lol!
The rehearsal went ok. I was running around like a chicken with its head chopped off trying to get stuff done! My photographer gets to rehearsal 40 minutes late and one of the BM gets there 15 min late. Go figure! But it ended up going pretty good.
They day of the wedding, I woke up and almost threw up I felt so horrible. I am sure it was mostly nerves, but I felt horrible! The first thing I had to do was do some stuff outside like get the tables set up and get the cememt block covered. Well, I go inside and it is 8:45, and the girls are suppose to arrive at my house at 9:00 to leave for their hair appointment. Well, I start to shower and felt sick as a dog! The girls arrive and I come out of the shower a bawling mess because I feel so bad for running late. The girls laugh and we joke around and they went ahead and left for their appt. (mine wasn't actually until 10:30, so it was ok if I was a little late).
Well, we go and get our hair all done (I have pics in the picture thread). I love the way everyone's hair turned out! So we get back to my house around 12:15. Pictures are suppose to start at 1:00, and I come home to find out that my dad hadn't done all he was going to do while I was done. So I have to run around and set up the unity candle table, put table cloths on the tables, set out all of the guest book stuff, lay out rose petals for the aisle runner, etc. I start for the house right as Cody and his dad pull up in the car (year, around 1:00). So us girls run inside and start to attempt to get ready. So yea, my morning kind of sucked! I felt sick and was running crazy getting stuff done that should've been done for me.
Anyyways, the ceremony goes fairly well and SOOO FAST! I stayed pretty good throughout the entire thing until the point where Cody and I gave our mother's their roses. Then I started bawling! After that I was ok. I also forgot one of the "for" in the line "For richer or for poorer." lol! Oh, and when we were announced as Mr. and Mrs., we start to head down the aisle and the reverend steps on my dress! lol! So it was kind of crazy, but the day was just beautiful and I really couldn't have asked for anything better! low 80s, slight breeze and not a cloud in the sky!!!
