These are the most popular cakes in every state in the United States. VERY cool to see your state as well.

That is neat; although I think Georgia's cake was one of my least favs. I think the Hawaii bamboo looking cake was cool :)

The Iowa cake was really cool too with the pink and black dots, but it cost $1142.76 :bbeek:

That was pretty cool! I wonder how the picked each cake? There were some beautiful ones and then some very unique ones. Thanks for sharing!

I didn't really like Kentucky's either lol! I did like Indiana's, though with the chocolate dripping and pink rose petals, and Southern Indiana and where I live in Kentucky are kind of lumped into one area-Kentuckiana.

I can't believe how much some of the cakes cost though! $1200 for 100 servings!!!

Cool site! Thanks for sharing! I really liked Colorado's, Hawaii's, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, and South Carolina (it reminded me of Lacey's cake). I agree with Brandi, Georgia's was one of my least favorites. I also didn't like the stack of books for Michigan or Texas's cake either.

Awesome! I saw all of the pics in the magazine, but it didn't have all of the extra info. Some of the cake flavors were very interesting and gave me some good ideas. Arizona's rum infused vanilla white velvet cake with hazelnut custard sounds like something that both FH and I would LOVE. Also Hawaii's banana cake filled with caramel cream, chopped fresh banana and chocolate ganache sounds good. Yum!

My favs: Indiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, NY, Oregon, Texas

Least favs: California, Missouri, Montana, Virginia

There was a few that were over the top but a lot of them I liked!! I didn't care for the books too much unless it was used with a couple that had some theme to incorporate with it.
Did anyone check out the top ten worst BM dresses?? They were too funny but  I'm sure they're may have been a time when I wanted those teal bm dresses in my wedding growing up!! LOL!

haha I was a bit disappointed in Vermont as well.
The books were a bit odd as was the dragon for a wedding cake although I am sure it had something to do with their culture.

what are you talking about!!! Vermont is very nice!! The books were soo neat. Jon love to read so that would have been a cake I would have gotten him.

I really love Pennsylvania and Texas

I can't imagine spending $2000 just on the cake. Or $1200 for that cake from Montana. That doesn't look like enough cake to feed even 100 people. The one from New Mexico sure is fancy...for $300. I wonder how people set their prices??

I think South Dakota's is kind of ugly. My cousin's cake was much prettier than that! I wonder how they pick the cake for each state???

I like the ones from Alaska, Colorado, Conn., Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, IL, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Nebraska, NJ, NY, North Dakota, & South Carolina.

The one from Iowa is kinda weird. Nevada is the 7-7-7 one! Oregon was kinda cool, it looks like tats. The Wyoming one looks very white. Hehe.

My aunt would like the one from Michigan.
