he ALWAYS does that! he perches like a parrot. I think its bc he is small so he likes to be up high so he can see,lol. He perches on the arm of the couch too.

the other day I was sitting on the cough and DH was kinda hoovering over me almost sitting on my lap,lol. And Harley wanted to come sit on my lap but DH was in his way. And Harley was getting so mad, DH looked down at him and he just looked up and started grawling...hahaha he didn't want anyone touchin his mama.

Thats hilarious..hes so tiny and cute..my dogs do the same thing..they lay on the back of the couch so they can see everything thats going on...LOL...its a part of little dog syndrome I think!!

haha yup! He is supposed to be a chihuahua but i didn't get papers and they said he would get about 5lbs...and he is 12lbs!!! So either he is part chihuahua part rat terrier or just full rat terrier. he looks just like those dogs but maybe a little bit smaller.

aww my Chihuahua is the same way. But SMALLER, Dedos is about 4 pounds. He is soo very tiny. But when Nick wants to get near me he growls and snaps at him. haha. Its funny, he only does it when he is fast asleep and DH scares him. Otherwise he is such a lover!

Chihuahuas are a little fiesty,lol. Do you have any pics of him? GOsh i want a little chi so bad! I remeber when Harley was a puppy he was 1.4 lbs when i got him and i was always sooo scared i was going to kill him. I kicked him on accident a few times. And my friend who is a very heavy girl SAT on him when he was sleeping on the couch. I thought he was a goner.

ahh hahaha. Well let me tell you. I got Dedos and we had a golden retreiver at home. I made myself literally sick over that dog. I took off a week from work, didn't eat all week because I was afraid something would happen. He weighed under a pound when we first got him. Now he Is so fiesty. Moose will come over flap his paw on him and dedos will turn around and just snarl and bit and growl and then come prancing to me to lie down. cracks me up! hahaha

haha aw hes a long haired. how cute. I had to keep the dogs seperate for like 3 weeks. It was just awful! Because Daisy was only 8 months old so she was still a wild and crazy puppy. And she would try to kill Harley I think. Or be dominate over him. She would try to lay on him!

How are they now? I am working on that whole intergration thing with my three dogs. It is stressful. Do they get along now?

Ya they love eachother now. When they play though they are SUPER rough and Harley is SO LOUD!! He won't shut up. Harley is very aggressive about his bones and he gets so mad. Even at me sometimes, he will grawl and snap at me! Do you have 3 dogs now or 4?

Yea we are done with dogs for about ohh forever. hahaha. dedos will live to be about 14 I hope.. Moose until about 8-9 and Taebo the same so for about 10 more years, we will have these dogs, and kids. haha it will be a full house.

sounds FUN! When we get a house(in 100 years) i want another small one and then we also want a doberman.Evan had one growing up(still does) so he wants his own. THEN we are done! And we want 2 kids. OHH but i don't know WHAT we are going to do when we have a kid. Harley and Daisy bark so much! I want to get one of those things u put on the wall and when they bark this super high pitch noise comes out of the thing that we can't hear, only dogs can and it scares them i guess and they stop barking. Or they won't continue to bark.

I was reading about those in this book I got. They now have these collars that ommit a smell of citronella so that it deters them from barking, I guess they HATE that smell. So it stops them without the torture of the noise. Works really well!

Do you think either of those are mean? I can't decide. Thats why i havent gotten it yet. The smell one seems more mean then the noise one.but i donno. But i can't take it much longer,they are out of control and we can't get them to stop!

I think the shock ones are mean. The smell ones and the high pitch ones are just annoyances that they will learn that if they do not bark then they do not get that unpleasent sound or taste. No I do not think they are mean. It will only take a few sprits of smell to make them stop and they do not have to wear it all the time. Its quite common and perfectly fine. When our dogs misbehave we spray them with a water bottle, they hate it and I feel bad sometimes, but I always tell myself they are not getting hurt, I am not abusing them, its simply an annoyance that brings them back to behaving.

oh yeah i do not agree with shock collars. Haha we used to spray our cat with water bc he used to be INSANE and attack our faces in our sleep!!! And if we threw him out of our room he would just pluck under the door with his nails and wouldn't stop. And he messed up our doors. Little fart. but now we live somewhere where he can be outside so is is mellow now.
