Hi all! :D

My friend is getting married very soon, and she asked me to do something I consider a huge honor for me to do: she wants me to sing a song while she's walking up the aisle at the beginning of the ceremony! The entering of the bride is such a wonderful moment, so I want this song to fit that moment perfectly. I only have one problem so far... I don't know any nice songs that might fit that event. She said she'd like to have it slow and smooth... darn, it's really hard to find a song that's slow, fitting lyrically, not too difficult to sing as a (female) solo vocalist... I should be able to deliver it beautifully without an entire symphony orchestra or a big band backing up (I could arrange a band, though).

Well, I need your help! Any suggestions?
Just to give you a direction... I thought about songs like "Have I Told You Lately" by Rod Stewart, "Fields of Barely" (Eva Cassidy style... slow guitar jingle-jangle is always great), "Give Me Forever (I Do)" by James Imgram, or "Spend My Life With You" by Eric Benet and Tamia (which is my favorite one so far because the lyrics are great.... but can you imagine a person singing this alone without any smooth back up choir? Hmm...)

I'd really be so grateful for any hint, idea, whatever... :D

Thanks in advance!

Oh, if I were the bride, I would love to hear:
a. She - Elvis Costello
b. From this moment - Shania Twain
c. Everytime I close my eyes - Babyface
