Sally's Roses & more II

I feel that i need to share my experiences with this vendor so that future brides may be cautioned when thinking of using them.
I met with them a few weeks before my wedding because i had some budget issues with my previous florist (who also was my coordinator). While speaking w/ Bonnie from Sally's roses & more, she seemed so kind and was all about going above and beyond to make everything beautiful.
On the day of my wedding, not 1 thing was delivered as promised!!
Besides being over 2 hours late (they didnt deliver the flowers until 45-50 minutes prior to the wedding), the girls that made the delivery were very rude and to top it off, they didn't bring more than half of what i purchased. And what they did provide was wrong.
I paid for 5 dozen roses and only 3 were provided. They also did not give me the types of flowers that i ordered.
I paid for 5 large bags of rose petals in burgundy and ivory and they only provided 2 bags of petals containing yellow, pink and white rose petals.
The majority of the roses looked old, with bruising and tears on the ends.
There were many other things that were done incorrectly & i will not sit here & go into it all, But what i do want to do is make others aware of the substandard service they provided and how they handled the situation after the fact.
My caterer, coordinator & cake baker were all very upset with the mistakes that Sally's had made because it effected there jobs on that day too. my caterer even contacted the owners to let them know i wasn't happy & their exact words were, "she will just have to deal with it".
A few days following the wedding, my husband and myself went into their office to speak with them about these major issues. They made excuses & denied everything...and to top that off they had the nerve to call me a liar & throw insults to me and my husband.
needless to say, we will be taking further action against them. But i wanted to let other girls know of my experience before they decided to hire this company. They give great prices & act as if they know exactly what you want and how you want it but when the day comes, they fall very short of what's promised!!!!!!
