I'm not celebrity obsessed, but I like my celeb gossip. :grinhappy: I find Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie particularly interesting.

I was wondering what you all thought about their various escapades: not willing to get married, adopting various children from various countries, speaking on behalf of the UN, the rumours of them "shacking up" while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston, her father calling her "unstable", etc.

I was looking at a site the other day when a woman brought up the point that no one has seen pictures of Jolie holding Shiloh since the little one was first born.

(I love asking this question on forums because I always get varied, interesting responses that usually spark a healthy debate.)

I love celebrity gossip personally...I think they are odd...beautiful together...but odd. And baby Shiloh...oh so cute. But it is true. You never do see her holding the baby...just the other kids. I don't have much of an opinion...its kind of hard when all the gossip you hear is just that...gossip. You don't know if there is any hint of truth in it or whether or not its all fabricated.

I do wish that with the cost of weddings these days (even if most of it is DIY, haha) that they'd adopt me!!!! Haha :rofl:

I do take gossip for what it is worth...just a story. But I do know that our local radio station did some sort of contest to for a trip to florida. Well, while they were down there and this is when Mr. and Mrs. Smith was being filmed..One of the DJ's saw brand and angelina eating together at an upscale restaurant. They "seemed rather flirtatious" I remember them explaining it. Anyhow, just because they had dinner together doesn't mean their shaggin but since him and Jen divorced shortly after it is definately suspicious.

I'm not trying to say all celebraties are bad parents but think about it. Most of these kids spend more time with a nanny than their own parents. I would like to see angelina and brad travel and take care of their kids without having any help; just the two of them. I think they would think twice about adopting another child from some foreign country. As well, they're are plenty of us kids in foster care that need adoption here in the US..Why don't they try having pity on some of the kids in American and shovel out some money towards them and adopt.

Anyhow, as far as her not holding their bio child...who knows. I think it was mostly talk but you can never tell. If it is true then this woman does not deserve another child!

i hate to say it but i always look at gossip websites. I think they are weird too. I am sure those kids are with the nanny more then them. Alot of stuff is stunts too. They want you to think they are with there kids alot so they take them for a little walk to get their pic taken.

I love celebrity gossip I can never get enough. I love Brad and Angelina I think they are both awesome people and parents.

I read my share of this stuff and this one couple always interest me. I beelive that Brad does more for that baby for sure. But yet she wants to have another child so they all have a sibiling of the same race. They are looking to adopt another one like the other girl they have. I also don't agree that they stage being out iwth their kids just for the public eye. 99% of parents , famous or not, love their kids and will do every thing they can to spend time with them. I have seen pictures of Brad taking his kids to pre school and Angelina picking up Maddox on more then one accation. As with other celebrities, you see them alot with their kids, that is becuase they are parents and most chose to be parents and want to be with their kids. Yes ALOT of this stuff is gossip and we will never know what is true or not, but again they are parents just like any one else. Some parents I know would leave their kid with any one just to get out and others wouldn't dare leave their kid withjsut any one. So famous or not we are still parents and who knows what they actualy do. JMO

I ALWAYS read magazines with celebrities I am addicted and its almost gross how much I know about these people. I read People.com almost religiously i Love it.
As far as Brad and Angelina they drive me insane. They are not even married, but because of her status she can adopt any child she wants. She has taken these kids as almost an experiment and adopted them. In the beginning I really believed she had a big heart. Seeing her with Maddox was touching and motherly. Then I saw her with Zahara and thought OK she is really a good mother and loving. Then with Shiloh and Pax, its almost a joke. Espically with Shiloh being her own biological daughter and frankly that ONE picture that Tiffany put is the only one i have seen her even hold her daugther and she looks uncomfortable at that. The poor kids is all I have to say. Drives me insane. haha

I don't follow them too much but here is my take.
Psycological: Angelina Jolie has trust issues. Her father cheated in her mother alot when she was a kid and Angelina is scarred weather or not. Children are the only people who trust with no questions. She adopts the children to compensate for the trust she never saw.
As for them being bad parents...I wouldn't say that. Even if those kids are with a nanny alot....(not to say it's right) but they are still better off now than they ever would've been in their home country.
