I have some pics at home that my dad took, but not very many. I will try to post some tonight.
So on my wedding day I woke up and the sun was shining. Which gave me a boost of hope that we may not get rained on. I took my dogs Abby & Phoebe for a walk. When I got home everyone else (parents, moh, Dave) was waking up. Dad & fh ran to Panera to get breakfast. After breakfast I started getting stuff together to go and get my hair and makeup done.
Dave and I filled out as much of the marriage license as we could figuring then all the others had to do was sign.
MOH (Tara), mom & I went to get Tara & my hair & makeup done.
We got home and I opened a gift from Dave, a heart box with an inscription that I can't remember the wording for offhand, but it was very nice.
We got our dresses on and the limo was there to pick us up. The limo stopped and dropped off my mom and then we drove around the block for the videographer. The limo driver told us he had been driving Tim McGraw & Faith Hill around earlier that day and they actually let him off for the night so he could come and do our wedding. We weren't in the same limo though. But we got to see his pass and stuff. So that was cool.
Then we got to the site and Tara exited. I came out and thankfully the weather was overcast, but not raining. The ceremony was short and sweet, took no more then 15 minutes. And everything went smoothly. I didn't cry, even though I came close. I figure it's a good thing the ceremony was short.
Then we took a bunch of pictures. As the final pictures were being taken it started to rain. So it worked out well.
Then we went to a bar so Dave could have a cigar. He loved the lighter I got him.
We went to the reception to start greeting our guests. Not as many people as we thought showed up, but that's ok. We were able to visit with everyone. It was nice. Just as we pictured it. The wedding video was hilarious. I actually had tears coming down my face from laughing so hard.
I think I'll wait and add more once I have pictures.
