Ok, everyone knows the situation with us trying to get into our new house by Christmas and the previous owners are taking their sweet time about moving, etc.
Brian talked to his friend Sunday and they were in the process of moving some of their stuff. We were supposed to be notified when we could start moving some stuff out of storage over there, but havent heard anything.
My son had a band concert last night and the friend's wife has a daughter in the same band. Anyway, she was there with her sister and when I saw her I waved at her and she kinda gave a half hearted wave and was looking around, like she was hoping I wouldnt talk to her. I sat behind her and she NEVER once turned around and said hi or anything. I didnt say anything to her either because of the way she acted when I waved. It really made me mad. When I was giving her info on when their new house was going to close (I work for the real estate agent they used), she acted like we were great friends. When Brian was doing most of the labor on their floor, again, she acted like we were great friends. Now that they are taking advantage of Brian, Im not good enough to be her friend.

I love when people shoe their true colors. Isn't it great to have friends sometimes? To be honest I wouldn't get upset. It doesn't look like you are losing out on anything. If I were you and Brian I would simply call and tell them that they have until such and such date to have everything out of YOUR house. You will be moving in then and you expect them and their belonging gone. You also expect the house in the same condition that it was the last time that you saw it. If they refuse, they are trespassing, take action.

I don't blame you a bit for being pissed at this woman. I would feel the same way. I once stopped going to a hairdresser because I saw her in a dept store one time and I know she saw me, she walked the other way and pretended she didn't :realmad:

Yeah...Brian and Tim are still friends. Or at least as far as I know. Im not sure how this will all turn out.
We went over there last night and while they have all of their furniture out, there is still a few things there. Hes going to try to find out when they are going to get that stuff out, or we may be packing it for them.
I just really feel for Brian, ya'll. I didnt know these people before Brian, but hes known Tim for 12 years. This is really messing with him.

Awww...poor guy. I can imagine how much this must be bothering him.

We were hanging out with Jason's friends one day and one of them did something he knew made me really uncomfortable (I'm not going to go into details) but it really put him in a bad spot. He apologized to me later and I found out that he reemed out his friend the next time he saw him. He just didn't want to say or do anything about it in front of me because he knew that would just make the situation even worse but he didn't like that his friend had done it in the first place.

We actually had a similar problem when we bought our house a few years ago. We got the house from some distant relative. Anyway we signed the contract and all and they moved but still had a bunch of their stuff in the garage and the basement. We tried to be nice and ask if they wanted it and asked them to come and get it and we even offered to help move it. A few weeks went by and they kept saying they were gonna get the stuff, (we had to move it all to the basement to get it out of the way) and finally they came and got some of it and said they'd be back for the rest and never did so we threw it out.

:holiday: Yes Ladies!!!! We got to move in this weekend. We had to clean up their mess before we could though, but it was not a big deal.
We spent our first night htere last night! It was great! Of course, Im sick and have been all weekend, but that didnt stop us. My baby said I wanted to be in there by Christmas, so he made it happen!

Oh....we put up the tree in the new house before we really moved anything else in. We arent going to decorate outside this year, but thats ok. Im just glad to be in it for Christmas. It drove Brian nuts that Im a "move a load and unpack it before getting the next one" type of person. BUT.....when we moved the last load last night, everything else was already situated and we could just sit down and relax. I also had to do it that way because of being sick. I took my time, but he knows how bad i feel so hes shocked that I helped at all much less done all that i did.
Saturday was the worse because Friday night I drank a little too much so I had that going on and the cold...........

That is what I had, that and a sore throat. Not much you can do but rest. Get your honey to make you some soup and drink some orange juice and don't forget your vitamins ;) If it gets worse or not better in a few days, go to the Dr.

I just cant figure out what the problem is with her all the sudden. (Brians friends wife) Up until a couple of weeks ago, she acted like we were all the best of friends. (While Brian was doing their floor - for free) Now we are not.(He finished their floor) I feel like Brian was taken advantage of and it really makes me mad.
I also think shes trying to come between Brian and Tim, but they have been friends a LOT longer than Tim has known her, so that probably isnt going to happen. It was her that was holding us up on moving in. Brian said Tim didnt have the :censored: to stand up to her.
It doesnt really bother me because i dont need friends like that. What bothers me is knowing I will have to have dealings with her because of the guys friendship. I will "grin and bare" it too, because unlike her, I WILL NOT try to come between my man and his friends. Tim is a good guy, I just dont like his wishy-washy wife. Brian doesnt either.
