Did anyone have their bouquet preserved? I saw one like this and I loved it...Who did you use? What was the method they used? What did it cost? Do you have a photo? Thanks for any help!http://shellbeachsilver.com/wedding/weddingjournal/DSC02471.jpg

I was going to have it done, but after all the expenses with the wedding and honeymoon, I couldn't afford it. They are lovely though. I dryed mine out myself. It doesn't look very nice, but I still have it. I am going to eventually put it in a shadowbox frame.

The only thing I had preserved was my dress.

I should seriously get my dress preserved! I just can't imagine paying the amount of money that it costs!!

I had mine preserved at a local cleaners and it cost $145. It is in a nice heirloom box now. I didn't think that was too bad. I have seen it other places for much more than that. Check with your cleaners.

My mother didnt preserve hers. 25 years later its still beautiful. My aunt didnt preserve hers eaither. Its still beautiful too. They kept them in their original bags. Be careful. I saw one gown that was "preserved" and they ruined it!!! Make sure you check with the BBB to be sure they didnt ruin someone elses first. I think I am just going to use one of those space bags for dresses. But I would love to get the flowers preserved

I'm going to have at least some of mine pressed in glass:

It's not too bad, depending on how big you want to go. I totally want the kaleidoscope, but I think it's too much $$$. We'll probably get the invitation one or maybe something smaller.

That does look cool. I'm going to press my flowers and then glue them on paper and put it in a frame. Not as pretty, but alot less money.

right now mine is hanging upside down in the closet. I havent figured out yet where I want to display them since we have cats who tend to "play" with stuff. Salem is destroying a micro fiber towel right now.

Wow it's pricey... I won't get my bouquet preserved then. Lots of pictures of the bouquet will be enough for memories. I might just press it onto my scrapbook though.
