Just a simple question. Will your man see you on the day of your wedding before the ceremony? Mine will not. We will spend hte night before at different places and we will not be in the same place the day of untill I walk down the aisle to him. I will talk to him but we will not see each other. I think it just builds up to that moment. What about the rest of you?

He doesn't like the idea, but I am extreme traditionalist (or extremely superstitious, depending on how you look at it) about this. He won't see my face clearly until I'm pronounced his wife and he gets to kiss me. I'll wear my blusher throughout the entire ceremony and I'm spending the night in a hotel the night before, while he stays at home. I've even picked a hairdresser that's kind of far away so I don't have to worry about running into him...lol.

Unless he keeps his eyes closed all day I don't know how it would be avoidable. We are staying in a hotel in my hometwon after the rehersal dinner. So, we will see each other when we get up in the morning. But after I leave to go tot he hairdresser he won't see me until the ceremony starts.

My husband did not see me or talk with me until I walked down the aisle to be his wife!! It was great that way, i felt the anticipation building when I knew he was close but we couldn't see each other! It was awesome to see the HUGE smile on his face when I took my dad's arm and walked towards him! I would have not done it any other way!

We already live together, and will have a baby by the time we get married. I think that we'll probably be apart for most of the time before the ceremony, but I like the idea of having a breakfast or something, just me and him, so that we can get some private regrouping time before this major event in our lives.
But, if we weren't going to have a baby, probably not.
We are planning on not seeing each other beforehand. I will be staying at my parents and getting ready there and he will be staying in a motel with his bestman in the town we are getting married in. The two places are 20mins apart. We will diffently spend the day before the wedding together, and he'll leave for the motel during the evening.

It's not a big deal to me if he sees me in it or not. I did buy a wedding dress and he saw me in it but since the train was HUGE I can't wear it. So now I have to sell it on ebay. It is so pretty, oh well!! Ok off topic.......
I don't think it really makes a difference to him either. Neither of us are superstitious about it.

We live together and we have both been married before, so its not a big deal if he sees me. Plus hes helping make sure everything is ready for the reception at our house.

I"m not sure yet. I would like to see him before the ceremony. I would definatly help me relax. I"m not looking forward to all the people watching me!! :bbeek: But I think most likely I won't get to see him. My mother would flip if she knew I saw him. And since we don't like together yet and we are having the wedding at 1pm, I doubt I'll have time to see him!

I know with him taking care of his stuff and me taking care of mine that day, we wont get to see a whole lot of eachother. But there is no reason for him to leave his home for the night, nor is there a reason for me to do so. We will be cutting off "extra curricular" activities about 2 or 3 weeks before the wedding and thats going to be hard enough.:bbconfused:
Which raises a question..............

It really depends. I would rather see him that day and we probably will. I have not discussed this with him though..so we will have to see as the day gets closer!
