So I haven't written in here as often as I would like here in the last few weeks. I will be graduating from college in a little over 4 months. Well Matt graduates then too :).
Not too much new is going on though. Oh, we went to a wedding a few weeks ago. The couple means a lot to us and Matt was even in the wedding, but I did have a frustration. It wasn't a big one just kinda like this stinks moment. He was in the bridal party and I wasn't and she only had the bridal party have set seats. So Matt was sitting up front and I was left to just sit alone. Thankfully I did have a few friends that I could sit with, but it was a little sad to not sit with my husband.
At our wedding we had their dates sit at our head tables as well as the bridal party. But hey to each their own, I just got a little bored :), but it was only 2 hours so not TOO big a deal, I still love them :)

Matt just asked me what I was typing... I said I was writing in my journal and he wanted me to tell you girls that he is watching American Gladiator (sp?) I guess it was only for the first night tonight in a long time, like its an old show they brought back.

haha yea, he only watched half of it last night and he is watching the other half from our DVR right now.
We actually just got back from the store. We are starting to work out and are doing this Couch to 5k program thing so Matt had to get a decent pair of running shoes. He has been running in these shoes that are falling apart. I got a sports bra that I needed badly, my old one, well is OLD. It had hardly any support at all, and I am not exactly small chested. I was excited though because it's pink :)

That's what I hate the most about going to weddings and not being in the bridal party and your date/BF/FH/DH are in the wedding or vice versa..I've even been in a wedding and the significant others weren't invited to the rehearsal dinner!! We did something similar to your's but we did it with the round tables We had three seperate head tables. One for DH, our boys, and I then to each side of us was the bridal party. Everyone who's date wasn't in the wedding party got to have a seat before we were introduced. It's so much nicer!!!

I almost forgot to post these pictures that I have from Christmas. Matt and I got to see my little baby cousin Augustine. He and my aunt and uncle live in VT so we pretty much NEVER get to see him. Here is the little cutie!

Here are a few pictures from NYE. We were at a friends house. We sat around playing some fun games like Cranium and Who-Nu and Uno and stuff. Then Mark (our friend) decided he wanted to light a few fireworks at midnight... although they are illegal here in IL haha... but I'm originally from IN where they are NOT illegal. So that counts right? lol

I just looked it up online and it looks like it is in Sutton Vt, which is pretty close to the Canadian border. It looks like you would be about 2.5 hours from Montreal (which is an amazing city and isn't Elizabeth from there??) and about 2 hours from Burlington - where Katy is from I think. It is about an hour and a half north of my home town (Woodstock). That is a beautiful area - well all of Vermont is I think!

So then the question is.... is it crazy cold, and is there always like 3 feet of snow on the ground? Right now I live near Chicago, and it can get pretty chilly here... I hate the cold... but that is life right? haha Mostly I only hate the snow because after its been a few days it gets all gross and brown and stuff from being plowed and junk.

My parents have a few feet of snow right now...but at least there aren't tornadoes!!
I usually go to visit in the summer time (I live in Washington right now) and it is so beautiful then...

I don't want to take over your journal - but here is a pic of my parent's back yard so you can see how pretty the snow is!

hehe thanks for hte picture! And you are totally down my ally with the whole no tornado thing! If someone contacts us about a job from there, we will for sure look into it. We do have a phone interview though with someone from a school in Florida. So a totally different area lol
