How many pictures do you all have around the house of your wedding? I am having a HARD time picking ones to get blown up for frames. I get an album with all of them. But there are some I just can't live without! How many is too many wedding pictures around the house, lol?:worm:

I think it depends on what you can afford too! I think they are nice for gifts but it does seem a little weird to walk in somone's house with nothing but wedding pics every where you look. What I plan on doing is having different sizes. One big one for the main living room, some small 5x7's to put on our end tables here and there. Maybe a few special ones in the stairwell or bedroom and one more in the other room. I don't want to over due it but it's always a chore picking out your favorites. Is it possible down the road to order more if you need to???

I don't know, i doubt it. But ya i don't want my house being a wedding day shrine. So you are only getting one BIG one? I wanted to try to find a collage frame. With like 4 or 5 5x7 pics so i can put the "first sighting" pics all in a row. But i haven't found one yet thats 5x7.

We have one big 8x10 in our living room, we got a wedding frame i am going to put downstairs in our "Den" then I have a couple on top of the TV. It does seem funny and I know after awhile I will probably take a few day, but for now, I like looking at them. :)

Well, I get to print off myself want I want. My photographer signs the rights of the photos to us after she edits them. She gives us an album and the puts them on a CD for us. I'm just speculating what I will do with them...Like you want a shrine for your wedding in your home. My house is a shrine to my kids. I have pictures plastered everywhere of my kids!! LOL I may get a collage frame of a bunch of photos all done in black and white. That would look pretty neat!

Hehehehe. At this moment, I don’t think I have any. I have my photo album and my scrapbook laying out on the table and then I have the hanging things that my mom made for me, which have wedding pictures in them, but other then that, I don’t have any on display yet….
I do have a frame that I got for my bridal shower that will hold either an 8x10 or an…11x16 I think it is…but I haven’t gotten those done yet. I’m thinking at this point, I may hold off and do it for our anniversary…kind of my gift to DH…:D

As wierd as this sounds...my ex is the photographer for my wedding...we are all real good friends now so there is no wierd feeling. But he is going to give me a cd so I can make what prints I want too...Then I'm going to do several pics of the wedding to hang...probably 1 or 2 8x10's and then a few 5x7's in a few places around the house. Scott is also making me a shadow box to display my bouquet that I'd like to keep framed photo's near. I also want to try my hand at scrapbooking...I think that is a great way to keep the photo's around and possibly out (like a coffee table book) without totally running your house down with wedding photo's. As I have kids, I'm sure the pics will slowly be replaced by pics of them.

We have a 16 x 20 above our bed, one of our rings by the night stand.
Two 8x10 in our room and in the living room. Along with a 5x7 in a frame that holds three pictures. That frame includes our engagment pictures and a signed picture of minnie and mickey from our honeymoon. We went to walt disney world

I am not big in the big pictures and frames all over the house. We just have an album with our wedding pics in. If there was one really good picture that I just loved, I might have gotten one 16x20 or so for the bedroom, but couldn't see much more than that for me.
I have a couple of little 4x5's pined up on the cork board by my desk here in the office.

I saw a really cool idea where they basically got three of those 42" ledges you hang on the wall and got a lot of similar colored frames of varying sizes. Then they put a lot of B&W, Sepia Etc photos (color too) it didnt look like a shrine but it was alot of wedding pics.. Plus put some in from before the wedding and from the honeymoon for a little variation!
You could put photos on cool things or even put up a bulletin board full of different photos like an everchanging collage!
Here is a link to some cool things you can put photos on:

No thats what I was saying...by changing the tone of the photos...sizes and then adding photos from different times It wont look anything like a shrine!!! =) Plus you will make it look uniform if the frames are similar. So it wont look WHOA wedding..It will be...look how pretty all of these pictures are! ^.^

thats a good idea. We have a reg. wedding photo album with all the wedding pics in 4x6. But then our photographer is also doing one of those memory books like on that website shelbyoliver posted. Where its not the actual pictures in an album, its printed on paper and the paper has cool backgrounds and stuff. So i only want one big one in our room and then just 1 or 2 in smaller frames.

I just got a 16x20 to put in our living room, its huge. haha but it looks really good. We have a wedding wall, where we have two pictures of our wedding, then we have our signature pad with our wedding picture. Thats it. I have our pictures on snapfish so if I want to change them I can. But it is good for right now. I just love looking at them!

me 2! I love looking at them. Evan doesn't, he is NO HELP when it comes to picking out a picture. He thinks our photographer wasn't too good. And now I am feeling the same way. She took great pics but she only has done a few other weddings. And we got NO pictures of my grandparents that live here. And that makes me really sad. And i think my grandparents are kinda sad too!
