I am having a outdoor reception how food warm? How much does it cost to rent warming tables for food?

Chaffers and fuels...do you have a GFS by you? They sell all that type of equipment there. If you have a caterer, they usually charge an additional fee to bring that stuff along. I think Oriental Trading had some fuel packs on there for a reasonable price as well. Just make sure you double the pans and put water in the bottom, so it's the warm water keeping the food warm and not the fuel itself (you'll end up with burnt circles above where the fuel is). Party City sells a party pack that include quite a bit of supplies for this type of thing as well.

You can get disposable warming trays for very little money at places like Papermart or Party City, any party supply store really.

What about those cans of sterno. Yeah I know you would still need to prop the dish up though. :bbconfused: Hmmm...... good question:confused: I am having an outdoor wedding too, I just haven't thought this far ahead.:bbeek: Let us know what you end up using.
