well, thanks for the compliment...I like to think I'm a very nice person.
Well, after I had my son I wish someone would have done this for me, but just because she didn't doesn't mean that I'm not going to do it for her, you know what I mean??? Prob. not....me and my sil's kinda have a weird relationship, almost love to hate type thing, but Becky is the one I'm closest to, anyway, I like doing things that help people and I am proud of myself for doing something like this...LOL!

Any spaghetti sauce is easy to freeze as well, so that you just have to throw the pasta in and then the sauce is ready. And, it is really incredibly sweet of you to be doing this for her as well.

okay so I finally got a list from her of the foods that they eat considering her 4 year old is a little picky I thought I would go directly to her even though I wish it were a suprise..so here is what I got...
Manicotti (w/o spinach YUK!)
Chicken & Dumplings (YUM!)
Sloppy Joe Rotini (Found this on www.bettycrocker.com (http://www.bettycrocker.com))
Spaghetti (I'm Italian so homemade sauce too of course)
Chicken Potato Casserole
Chili (non spicy)

so, what do you guys think?

The only thing I cannot figure out is HOW to freeze these..I know that sounds silly but if I fully cook the pasta and mix the sauce with it won;t it make the noodles mushy?? AHHHHH..I should have thought this through more!!!!
HELP ME GIRLS!!!! :petrified:

Well, you definitely won't be able to precook the noodles. That's something she'll have to do. Of course, you can definitely precook the sauce and freeze that separately. She'll definitely have to at least put the noodles on to boil. :(
