I got my dress today, I was so excited I could barely sleep last night. So the doorbell rings this morning and I know its my dress, the fed-ex guy probably wonders why I was jumping up and down, I grab the box and take it to the kitchen and very gently cut it open, I then grab my 5yr old and 18month old daughters and run to my bedroom to open the box I pull it open heart beating out of my chest, I fell like I may pass out, I've waited many years for this(I'll start a journal so you know the whole story) I dig through paper and plastic and pull my dress from the box and wait, you've got to be kidding me, this is the wrong dress not even close I can't belive it I think I'm going to cry. This is what I ordered

but wait again, this dress is tagged style #7009 that's right, thats the dress I ordered. I begin to panic I've heard of this happening they dicontinued my dress and this is the new style I'm panicing even more now. That was the only silver and white dress I could find (that I liked) under 600.00 (my budget) ok now I am crying. I decide I better check online and call the company before I get too upset (at this point I'm already dialing my mother) I check online and style 7009 is still the dress I want so I call the company Their mistake they did indeed send the wrong dress, the woman on the phone apologized profusely probably because when I get upset I tend to have a shrieky tone to my voice (I can't controll it) she told me they would send the proper dress out right away I told her I need it by next thursday because my mother is coming in from st.louis and would like to see my in my dress at least once before my wedding day she said they will express ship it I just need to send the other one back and I will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping it back this is all good news I can calm down now. There is a silver lining to all of this when I ordered I was unsure as to wheather or not I was a size 6 or 8 so I ordered an 8 so I tried on the size 8 I got today and it's too big so now I know I need a size 6 and can get my dress the first time in the proper size and not have to send it back and lose the cost of return shipping. And I was worried about the quality of the dress since I was ordering online but if the quality of the dress I got today is any indication of the one I ordered I can quit worrying about that because it is excellent. I forgive bridalonlinestore their customer service was excellent today.
