Photography and unpredictable weather!

I have planned to have my wedding pictures taken at the Humber Arboretum. This is the ideal setting because there's beautiful gardens, gazebos, and of course the Humber River.

Due to the ALWAYS unpredictable weather, are there any suggestions for backup locations where I can still have beautiful pictures?

Are there any historical buildings that you can use. We use the old state capital here in Louisiana & they make for some very beautiful bridal portraits!
