Well girls, I shared this information at baby raising, but I thought I would do it here...

I AM PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE just found out a few days ago and are really excited.
My EDD is July 5th!!!!!!!! We are still waiting for a blood test to make it for sure, but with two HPT saying yes, it looks good!!!

Ok, so I have a maybe dumb question. How long were you pregnant before you found out? I'm kinda hoping that I'm not right now :bbredface: ...have you had any symptoms yet?

I'm kinda in the same situation and was wondering the same thing myself. But congratulation Katy!! I've been reading your babyraising journal and I know how much you wanted this! I'm so happy for you!

I have my first pre-natal appointment in 8 weeks. They said after 5 home pregnancy tests it is 99.9% postivie I am pregnant! hehehe

home pregnancy tests are very accurate when they say yes, not so much if they say no. start taking those prenatal vitamins!

I guess I have not updated in awhile geezzzzz..
SO things are going well, morning sickness is coming at full force, only its night sickness not morning, but it is getting better thank goodness, I can now function.. PHEW. :)
We had an early appointment to check the baby because I was having some cramping so I had an ultrasound and saw little little baby. So we are def. pregnant. That feels awesome, next week we have our first real appointment where we learning the due date.
Nick and I are doing well, fixing up the house and getting ready for the holidays. I am going to be making some treats to take to my grandparents house that I saw on the Food Network, so I am super excited about that. Lets see....nothing else to say. Nick is still hoping to get the Alaska State Trooper job and we will hear in December if he got that.. other then that, just hanging. :) I am not around as much as I used to be, but I lurk. hehe

A bunch of people I know just had boys. One of my friends had a boy in June, then two people I work with just had boys this month...I want a girl first because I want to be different! LOL. Do you have names picked out yet or have you not decided yet?

We tried for about two months and on the second month we were pregnant. I was never on birth control. It was a miracle

OK...I want to take a guess on if you are having a boy or a girl...There is something I need to know first though and maybe you aren't that far along yet..I haven't been wrong yet...I have guessed the sex of a baby 7 times..I have been right 6 out of the 7...

So, don't take offense to this..but, Did you get bigger hips or a pop at the belly first...

If you get bigger hips first...It's a boy....I'm talking hips within the first trimester. If you get a baby bump first then its a girl. That's how I guess and most of the time I have been right...It maybe too early for you but let me know!!

Well, girls will do that to you lol...So, any news on when you are having an Ultrasound done?? I'm so excited for you and I can't wait to see if I was right!! I can add one more to my guessing belt!

So, how have you been feeling any morning sickness, heartburn?? I hope you don't get any..My friend who is due in March has had a rough pregnancy as far as heart burn and not just morning sicknes but just about being sick all the time. I feel for her so much..She's having a little boy..I guessed her's to and was righ. Heck, she hardly has a baby belly but I think it will be a bit bigger during her last trimester..Hope all is well!!

Hey everyone!
Well I am in my second trimester and will hopefully find out the sex on the 21st, WAHHOOO I am super excited.
As far as sickness goes, just recently I would say in about a week I have been feeling SOOOO much better. To the point where I have more energy and eat more. Which is not always a good thing. haha.
I am feeling the baby sometimes and have not had that bad of heartburn, just when I eat something like pasta sauce or something with vinegar. I have gone to the doctors a few times for a Yeast infection (eww) and a few other odds and ends. But otherwise been doing pretty well.

I have been wondering about you! You guys with the babies seemed to be more active at babyraising and it suck that since its been moved here nobody updates as much! I've got a case of baby fever going and reading about your alls helps me a little bit lol! You are adorable and I can't wait til you find out the sex! Glad the sickness is a bit better!

Yup, we are naming him Gavin. We just love that name! It stuck.
I went for my doctors appointment and everything looks great. Babies heartbeat was 143 and I was growing. LOL
We leave for south Carolina on wednesday, I am SUPER excited!!
