It is my wedding month!!! Hooray!!!

I went today and paid off the cake, so there is another thing down! And I got the invitations for the Attendants Dinner we will be doing the week before the wedding! I can't believe how close I am getting!!!

19 Days to go!!

We had to change some things around. One of Pat's guys decided he wasn't going to stand up there with Pat, so we have decided to make my son Michael a Jr. Groomsman and have my daughter carry the ring pillow that my father is making!

We decided too that I need to get different shoes for my daughter because the ones that she has are too "clompy" for her dress. But that is no big deal! We tried her dress on again last night and she is just too cute!!!

I got the girls' earrings too, but can't find an online photo of them, but they are hearts as well. Sarah's are a full heart, where the girls' drop down into a heart, if that makes sense.

19 days? wow I bet your so excited. And by the way, my kids and I will be there. I have the day off from work just for your wedding. But Nihcolas has to work. He is trying to get some time off for a weekend we spend at old orchard beach every year and he is not even sure he can get that so he cant push his luck. Sorry bout that but you go tme. I wont know a sole there but my kids will be with me if thats ok.

Congrats, I'm so excited for you! I remember when I was down to just days and I was nervous. To be honest though, the day of I wasn't nervous AT ALL!

BTW, we went to Bar Harbor on our honeymoon, and I LOVE it there! Mainers are the nicest people (well the ones I met anyway!) to be around and we felt so welcomed there.

I just got off the phone with our friends from England. They got engaged about a week ago and they are having the engagment party while we are over there!! Hehe...Only if she beats me back here!! I got a lot of flack from people because I always kind of nudged them along so I could see pictures. I went and picked up my thank you cards tonight. I got the DIY Kit from Wal-Mart. The Wilton Print ones...Sweetheart Thank You's is what I guess it is called. Pretty good deal. And I picked up some disposable cameras. I don't really know how many I need, but I got 9 to put around the place, 27 exposure each...I figured that would be enough I think.

WooHoo! We are at six days to go!! I went and picked up my ring pillow from my father's today. This was something he made himself and while I love it, I think it could have done without the tassles, but I love it too much to care much about those! Here it is:

I went and took my dress back to the tailor's as it needed to be altered again!!! He is really altering it this time though. He is going to take the zipper out completely and turn it into a lace-up back. And it is only running me $10!!! What a deal!!! I get to pick it up Wednesday.

Karen and Nick weren't able to make it to the dinner because they had plans to go camping and they had just barely gotten back from camping when it was time for dinner, so they didn't come up. They also probably won't be able to make it to rehearsal because they are both working Thursday, but they are suppose to be coming up on Wednesday so that I can give them their gifts.

Derek also wasn't able to come as he had another wedding to go to, but he should be there for rehearsal.

lol I peeked once too right after my old friend told me her mom had picked up our wedding gift and it was nice! The only thing purchased was our Kitchen Aid stand mixer thing (399.00 value) and I was like :bbeek: , I can't believe Joyce spent that much! Fast forward to our wedding day, she gave us some princess house crystal serving dish...it's very pretty but it wasn't the stand mixer! lol.. Luckily someone else got it for us. (Obviously! lol)

Anyhow YAY for you!!! :) Are you excited yet? this friday! Wow where did the time go?? Oh man!! I can't wait to see photos HuN!!! :)

So, I went into work today and on my desk was a card...My office is split between the Medical Staff Department and the Administration Department. The card was from the medical staff girls and in the card, was a gift card....for $90.00!!! I was shocked to say the least. I have only worked with these girls for a little under two months and they went through the trouble to do that for me!

We got to the Mansion at about 5:45 and waited for everyone to arrive. Nick and Karen weren't going to be able to make it, so as soon as everyone else was there, we went about deciding where to do the ceremony. We decided that so long as it doesn't rain, we would do it on the front steps and have our guests stand on the lawn and the sidewalk and if it rains, we will move it inside to one of the rooms. Afterwards, we went to Texas Roadhouse and had some TO DIE for food!!! However, the people at Roadhouse embarrassed us by getting the ENTIRE restaurants attention and putting it on us....It was fun and a good time was had by all!!
