Ice water burns calories

hey i found this article. its not going to burn much but its neat. plus if your consitrated on just drinking ice water your not drinking any more pop well heres the link.

It's really a myth (we discussed this at length with our trainer at the gym just recently actually). The number of extra calories burned by drinking cold water is quite literally maybe one or two extra calories.

Room temperature water is actually the best for you.
