Ebay Wedding Dress?

So is anyone getting wedding dresses from ebay? I found one that is everything that i wanted and its an AMAZING price (less than 150) here is the pictures, im still waiting for it they are making it from china (i know crazy) its taking like 2 months -but they do have amazing reviews. so what do you think
1 of the dress (oh yeah im having in in ivory instead of white)
2 about buying my dress off of ebay?

As for eBay; as long as you do the reserch on the seller and you give yourself plenty of lead time and be prepared for the 'what if' then I think you are fine. I love eBay :bbmrgreen:

Try contacting wohoo2me (Saunya) if I remember correctly she bought her gown off ebay from a woman in China and it cost about the same..she might have some advice/ words of wisdom

I have my wedding gown, from a store, its separate corset , with matching skirt.
skirt is huge and ornate,
so i bought an ivory wedding skirt bottom to change into 1/2 way through the reception.

ebay is fine, just check the sellers rating. (very important)

I do ALOT of things online but buy a wedding dress...I don't know about that one, I'd be too afraid that it wouldn't fit right or this or that.

But that dress is beautiful. I am going to take a minute to head over to ebay to see what they have.

ohh that si gorgeous! i know many brides who have bought dresses from a company like yours off Ebay from China. Their dresses were AMAZING and came in good shape. I wouldn't worry, I am sure it will arrive and you will look amazing that dress!

I am thinking the same, to get my wedding gown at ebay from china. They have really good prices as I will spent about 1000 euros just to rent a dress here in Greece, is a ripp off.

I am seriously thinking about this. When you recieve your dress please post about the quality of the dress and how it looks. Post a pic with you wear the dress if possible.

I dont intend to throw away like this a thousant(or even more) euros.

I would say as long as you did a good job with your measurements and they have good feedback you should be fine. You will probably need alterations, but doesn't everyone. I bought a wedding dress off of ebay and it didnt go well. I didnt really fuss about it since I only paid $9.50 for it.

1. The ad said I would get the dress within 22 days, that long enough to wait already but about 3 days later she emails me and says it will be at least 30 days before she could even send it out. I say sorry I cant wait that long please refund me my money. She emails me back and says she will send it out before the 22 days. OK i am satisfied.

2. I sent her my measurements as requested from her from my seamstress. Now a professional measured me. When I received the dress even with the corset back it is 2X too big for me. Not only that but it was super long.

3. The fabric was not the same as the picture.

In the end I am probably going to cut up that dress for other various projects. I ended up going to a boutique and buying a dress.

Oh yes!!! Today the mailman came by and i saw this huge box, i went YES ITS MY DRESS!! opened it up and realised its the mega big jewelery box i ordered 4 days ago!

Well im not pissed off, i was just slightly dissapointed though.
The big jewelery box is gorgeous, FH just rolled his eyes and said "so now you have a better excuse to get more jewelery ;)"
