You guys ready? Seeing as I have 708 pictures, obviously, I can't show you all of them, but I will pick out some of my particular favorites!
Ok, I decided to split this up into category as I was uploading them into photobucket and it wasn't liking me. First category is pre-ceremony little details. I think these pictures speak for themselves, so I won't put in any captions on here:

Alright, now onto the almost kind of porn pictures...well, I'm in my underwear...sort of.
I did a lot of helping the bridesmaids get ready:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/0685aff7.jpg
And they did a lot of helping me get ready:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/74eef97e.jpg
(If you're wondering, my MOH, Amy, is putting shimmery lotion on me.)
And they helped each other get ready:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8582.jpg
Even our mother's helped each other get ready:

Bring on the dress!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8602.jpg
Ok, there is a way into this thing somehow...
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/ebfcb7bc.jpg
And now the laces...SQUEEZE:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8620.jpg
A couple last pulls:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/9a0747c6.jpg
My photographer was utterly amazed at how tight we got the dress. I really couldn't breathe very well when all was said and done, but the dress wasn't going anywhere either and that was the point!

Now to point out some traditional items. These pictures are kind of hard to see what I'm doing, but I'll guide you along.
SOMETHING OLD!
I bought a pin and sodered it to a hair piece. It's hard to see, but it's a little filigree flower.
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8650.jpg
SOMETHING NEW!
Okay, if I would move my fingers, you'd be able to see the diamond studs Jason gave me for Valentine's Day specifically for my something new to wear in the wedding in my second hole.
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8651.jpg
SOMETHING BORROWED!
I borrowed the pearls my father gave my mother years ago. Ironically enough, these were the same exact pearls that were my aunt's something borrowed at her wedding in which I was the flowergirl!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8652.jpg
And let's not forget...
SOMETHING BLUE!
Don't worry, it's not my underwear, although it's close! I made my garter belts so they were a bit big and I was worried about them slipping down, so I put them WAY up there (remember this for future reference).

With all the details in place, it was time to go check and see how Jason and everyone at the lodge was doing. Well, he was smoking! Not only in how he looked, but literally, smoking his last free man's cigarette before he had his wife to nag at him about it!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8659.jpg
But then over came the bridesmaids, this show was going to get on the road!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8669.jpg
Get into the bathroom Jason! You can't see the bride!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8670.jpg
And here she comes. I got honked at three times walking to the park. It's a Polish tradition that the bride walks through the entire town for good luck and well wishes before the wedding. Well, we only walked a half a block, Thank God! That was enough good luck for me!

Okay, all weddings have to have their one disastor and here is mine. Well, we had two minor disastors, here is one of them:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8686.jpg
And here is how I handled it:
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8688.jpg
Dude! It was funny. Nothing terrible happened, nothing got knocked over or broken and Jason hadn't come out yet so he didn't even see me, but it was funny!
Okay, compose myself and lets get this darn veil on (this thing took me three or four times to put on successfully)!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8689.jpg
And now to get into place, holding up the screen of course, because we all know what happens when we don't (for a reminder, look at the first picture in this post).

Alright, time for everyone to take their places. First, the officiant. This would be a very short marriage if he wasn't there.
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8706.jpg
Then the guys come out and take their places.
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8710.jpg

http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8716.jpg
Now it's the Junior Bridesmaid's time to shine!
I have to give Jamie credit, she was very sick and still stuck it out as long as possible. And she looked gorgeous!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8718.jpg
And so did her sister Joanna! You'd never know this girl was a tom boy!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8719.jpg
And lastly, my neice, Kristi, who is just beautiful in her dress with her hair all done up!

Alright, now it's time for the bridesmaids.
Jason's oldest neice Jessica was absolutely drop-dead gorgeous! You'd never know this girl was only 15!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8723.jpg
Now for my sister, Gabi. She looks great! There are some people who think she is older than me, and I think I know why!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8724.jpg
A moment of rememberance for our father and all those who couldn't be there. My sister lays a white rose on an empty chair.
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8725.jpg
Now Erika. She shines all the time, but particularly wonderfully this time! She is one of the best friends anyone could ever ask for and one heck of a sorority sister!

Now is when my Maid of Honor, Amy, takes her place. I cannot express what kind of amazing friend Amy is to me. We happen to be exact opposites, as you will be able to tell when I post her wedding pictures, but we are practically sisters and there isn't any other person in the world I would rather have stand beside me as I got married than her! I really love this lady!
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8731.jpg
So, this is when the bride comes up. Only, the bride has to wait for the music that she planned for a longer processional in case kids had problems or what not to end. It wasn't too long, but it was long enough for Jason to get antsy. Okay...where is she?
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/usahgrad/Wedding%20Pics/831%20Pictures/CRW_8732.jpg

Alright, the basic jist of wedding ceremony. You say your vows and switch rings, light a candle and then, the best part I think, kiss your hubby! So here it is:
Step one: Say your vows and switch the rings!

Thanks everyone!
Karen, the fountain is a gorgeous backdrop isn't it? And it was Jason's idea! The original plan was to take pictures in front of another fountain, but it wasn't on and I don't think they would have come out nearly as beautiful. So Jason saved the day...like always! There's a reason I call him my superhero!
Shawna, forget traveling by here, make a trip out! I want to see your pictures! :)
Thanks again to everyone! The way you guys react makes the pictures four million times better! :)

Kelli your wedding pictures are gorgeous! I love them, especially the two of you by the fountain. It is perfect. I can't wait to see the reception pictures. I'm so glad that everything turned out so beautifully.
You're photos are really nice. Isn't it great to sit down and go through all your photos. At the moment I only have stage one of the photos and thats the proofs and they are soo tiny to look at. Evan arrives home tommorrow night so on Saturday we will be able to go through them together. Boy I thought I had alot but you've got heaps more to sort through.
I'm hoping to catch up with the photographer at the end of July to sort out our album, so we will have our 100 photos picked out by then and which one is going to be our enlargement. I already have a favourite for it but I'll stay quiet until Evan sees them.

Thank you again to all of you who made comments on the pictures.
Now we're down to picking out a picture for the thank you cards (we're sending out wallets in everyone's card) and writing the thank you cards. I really have to get on the ball with these. Fortunately I have less than forty to do! WHEW!
I got my living room back yesterday! Cleaned up and put all the wedding stuff away! Now it's on to the dining room! And I have to go through the pictures and find out all the numbers of the duplicate ones so that we can look through them and pick out the best ones. Sam's Club does digital prints for 14 cents, so I think we're going to have them done through there. My mother-in-law wants to get all 708 of the pictures, but I can't see spending almost $100 for that, especially since a lot of them are the same shot with little adjustments. So we'll see where that goes.
Well, off to do more cleaning! I can't wait to see Lacey's pictures! And I'm so excited for everyone else who's getting married really soon! YAY for you guys!

Okay, so I realized I didn't post a wedding day story in here. I posted it on my website, but not in here! Whoops...so here you guys go...it's really long!
We spent the day before decorating the hall. Everything looked so beautiful when we left. The rehearsal dinner went really well and I had a lot of fun just hanging out and talking with everyone. The night before, I stayed at the hotel with my mother. I was really excited, but really worn out from all the work we had done, so I was ready for bed.
Unfortunately, my family wasn't. So I spent some time visiting with my aunt from Pennsylvania and some family friends from Canada. We took them to the ceremony site so they wouldn't get lost and we also took them back to my apartment to see if we could get the cream cheese and whipped cream for some dips we needed to make. Jason, the lucky duck, had already gone to bed, so we couldn't get the stuff. Oh well.
We headed back to the hotel and said goodnight. I got to climb into my pjs and hop into bed, but then my cousins came knocking on the door. They shared stories about their ride down and when we were done talking with them, Mama told them to tell their mom to come down. So I was up for even longer talking with my other cousins. This would have been great, if I wasn't so blinking tired!
Finally, between 2:30 and 3:00 everyone has left and we've settled down in bed for the night. I have a wake-up call at 7:00, so I wasn't going to get to sleep for very long.
At 6:30, I was awake. I was staring at the ceiling in the hotel room running over things I had to get done today when I heard my sister come into use the bedroom. She walked around to my side of the bed and waved at me when she saw I was awake. I smiled, but apparently she didn't see it. I found out later that she was coming over to check the time on the clock, not to wave at me. She headed back to the other room in the suite and went back to bed. About ten to seven, I got up, pulled a t-shirt over my sleep-tank and wrapped up in Mama's sweater. We would later come to find out that a good portion of the hotel hadn't had heat that night, which could be why I was so cold! I called and cancelled the wake up call so that my mother and sister weren't disturbed then I went downstairs to the lobby. They had an internet connection there and I wanted to post something in my journal the day of the wedding. You can see the post in my wedding journal (link is on the main page of the wedding site). I switched over my engagement ring to my other hand and went upstairs to get some money to have breakfast. The restaurant smelled so good and, for whatever reason, I was STARVING! I was planning on some oatmeal; I think I was craving the comfort food.
When I got up to the room, Mama was sort of awake, so I invited her down for breakfast. She nudged Gabi on our way out and Gabi said she would join us in a few. So we headed downstairs and had breakfast together. Gabi did come down and join us after a little bit. We sat and talked for quite awhile, which was really relaxing. Nick, a good friend of mine and my maid of honor's fiance (they're getting married in July) came down and sat with us for a little bit too!
While our breakfast was incredibly enjoyable, we did end up running a bit late. So I hopped into the shower for a brief second and quickly blow dried my hair before heading to the salon. I needed to be there by 9:00 (Mama, Gabi, and Kristi, my neice, all had relatively close appointments, so they came with me too). We got there at about ten after nine---oops! But it was okay. My hair dresser got the hot rollers in my hair and started on my nails while my mother, sister, and neice got their hair done. Erika also had an appointment at 10:15, so she showed up there too!
When my hair and nails were done, I had about fifteen to twenty minutes of free time before my pedicure, so my mother and I headed to the CVS next door to pick up some necessities. Let me give you a word of advise. If you are the bride and the mother of the bride the day of the wedding going to pick up some last minute things, bring a list. We first bought some batteries and some breakfast for Kristi and whoever else had the munchies. Then Mama said she wanted to get some makeup so she didn't look bleached out in the pictures, so we bought some 3-in-1 and some Lipslicks, lip balm stuff for her. She doesn't wear makeup, so I was going for the kind of stuff that wouldn't be too heavy or yucky for her. Walking out the door from the second trip to the register, I realize we totally forgot pens (Jason had called my mother to let her know that the pens we had didn't work and we needed to pick up some more). So we head back, grab some pens and a disposeable camera and we're back at the register for the third time (I think the guy at the register was getting a little annoyed with us). We head back to the salon and finish up everything else; pedicure and makeup.
Before going to Jennie's house (Jason's sister) to get ready, we had to stop by the florist to get the girls' flowers. I had gotten the bouteniers and cake flowers the day before, but figured I'd wait on the bouquets until the day of, so they were safe. I ran into the florist to get the stuff and everyone's smiling at me because they all know I'm getting married. There's a bride-to-be sitting at the table in the florist looking through books and the moment they brought out my bouquet she declared that that was what she wanted (in a different color). Everyone at the florist wished me luck and I was off to Jennie's house to get ready.
Don't get me wrong, Jennie's house is fairly good sized, but when you get seven bridesmaids (one of which wasn't feeling well), a bride, two mothers, and a sister all in there, things got a little crowded! I got into all of my undergarments and then criss crossed all the bridesmaids' straps so that they could be velcroed into the back (my mother-in-law figured this would be the easiest way to do it). I also tied all of their necklaces on and helped with some lotion. Then it was my turn; Amy helped with the lotion and getting the necklace on. I slipped into the crinoline and my shoes and was ready for my dress.
The photographers had already shown up and headed to the lodge to unpack some stuff. I wanted to make sure they were there when we were putting on the dress, so I helped where I could with everyone else. We had one MIA bridesmaid, who we had really started to worry about when she showed up. I also had a mother (mine) who kind of forgot she needed to come get ready, so we had to send someone to the lodge to get her.
Finally, everything was ready, everyone was there (Mama and Mom were upstairs getting ready) and my bridesmaids got me into my dress. Amy pulled three times to make sure the laces were tight enough and then tied me off and tucked in the left overs. It was then that it hit me; I didn't go to the bathroom, and I really had to go!

Part Duex!
Remember how I said Jennie's house isn't very small? Well, it isn't, but her bathroom IS! One big dress, at least three girls to help me get it up and me in one tiny bathroom. Let's just say that I'm sure the pictures aren't all that complimentary. Thank you to Amy for making sure that that moment was immortalized forever in film!
Alright, bathroom ordeal over, back downstairs and ready to go. Erika drove to the lodge to make sure that everyone was ready and the Jason was in the bathroom (so he didn't see me as I came over and got into place). We didn't hear anything from her and tried calling a few people but couldn't get ahold of anyone to find out if everything was ready. So we sent over the bridesmaids. Then, with an extra stole, we sent over Jennie. She was to flag us down with the stoll once we were able to head over.
It's a Polish tradition that the bride walks through the town before her wedding for good luck and well wishes; so we walked the whole quarter of a block from Jennie's house to the lodge. In that quarter of a block, we (me, my mother, and my Maid of Honor), got honked at three times! I don't think I realized just how long that walk was, but it seemed like it took forever! Maybe that was my nerves.
We walked up the side of the lodge and in the door where we had a screen set up for me to stand behind until it was time for the bridal processional. Here is the second thing I didn't quite realize; my dress, especially the skirt, was HUGE! In the door, and a half turn later, the screen was on the table in front of it. Whoopsies. Once I was assured everything on the table was fine (no glasses had been knocked over or water spilled) I lost it. I actually had to go back outside because I was laughing so hard. I guess it was the realization that if that was the disastrous event that was going to take place at the wedding, I could deal with it. I recomposed myself, got behind the screen, caught it from falling over again and everyone got ready.
The processional started. Now mind you, I was behind a screen so I couldn't see anything. But I have heard that the flowergirl, my year and a half old neice, was absolutely ADORABLE walking down the aisle. She smiled, she waived, she was all about all the people looking at her. To top that off, there wasn't nearly as much left over music at the end of the processional as I thought there was going to be. Mama and I waited for the music to end and then took our place to walk out. I took a deep breath and the bridal processional music started. I took an excerpt of "The Battle of Little Round Top" and used that as my processional music. If you haven't heard it, it's a very BIG, very EMOTIONAL song. Between the song and my nerves, it took us a little longer to get up the aisle than it had at the rehearsal, which was okay, because we had some extra music anyways. Side note: I saw Jason say "Wow!" That was what I was looking for and he knew it, so I'm glad he did!
Once I got up there and the officiant told us to take hands, Jason started rubbing the tops of my hands with his thumbs. Everyone said they didn't think I was going to be so nervous and to tell you the truth, I didn't think I was going to be so nervous. To top it off, I couldn't really breathe. So having Jason rubbing my hands was a lifesaver. We said our vows and we did the rings. Now, if you ever want a moment of comic relief at a wedding, jump a line like I did. I had Jason's ring and the officiant said, "Repeat after me..." Well, I didn't have to repeat after him, I knew this line and I was going to say it. So I did. You could hear the officiant say part of "With this ring I thee wed" but I had already said it, so he stopped and smiled. He even kind of laughed a bit and so did everyone in the audience. I even smiled when I realized what I had done. I guess when you get to marry a man as amazing as I got to marry, then you want to get that wedding ring on as soon as possible!
Next came the Unity Candle Ceremony. I am a little bit of a traditionalist in the sense that I believe the veil should stay over the brides face until the officiant pronounces them husband and wife. So mine did. Probably shoul dhave practiced the Unity Candle Ceremony with the veil on, because then I would have realized that I was going to almost light it on fire. Fortunately, I caught it in time, leaned back, and then held my veil against me so I could light the candle. Lean forward again and there goes my nose. Not my eyes watering, like I (and probably everyone else thought were going to), no, my nose. I thought I had a nose bleed at first since it was like someone had turned on a faucet! But when I wiped my nose and my dress, there was no blood, so I was okay. It was just gross! I tried to wipe it off without anyone noticing and I've been told I succeeded...whew!
During the song that played for the Unity Candle Ceremony, Jason and I talked a little bit. I don't remember entirely what we said to each other, but I know we were both very happy at that particular moment. The ceremony wrapped up and we got to kiss! YAY! Kissing my husband for the first time! Then the recessional started. Most of you know, if you don't go read the story, that we met playing Star Wars online. So we used the Star Wars Main Theme as our recessional music. I can remember seeing my cousin laughing so hard I thought he was going to roll out of his chair into the aisle in front of us and I think a few other people got a good smile out of it as well. I know that Mom said that it was so fitting. The caterer we had, someone she worked with, had asked her why we chose that piece and she explained it to him. He also thought it was very fitting. I guess he also mentioned something to her about how seeing the two of us getting married gave him such a warm and happy feeling. I hear that the photographer had said something about it too!
So that was my day. Up until the end of the ceremony obviously. The only other "catastrophe" of the evening was that the cake melted, but that wasn't really all that catastrophic. Conan gave a great toast, Dad gave a short toast---oh my! Scott gave a sweet and to the point toast. Amy gave a toast that made both her and I cry. She's an amazing friend. Having cried during Amy's toast, I totally lost it during mine and made my mother cry. Fortunately, Jason's toast didn't make people cry or else it would have really been water works! After spending $100 on dance lessons, the first dance would have made our instructor cry, but we enjoyed it and we were so into each other at that point that it didn't matter. The reception wrapped up quicker than I had planned, but it was okay. By the end of the evening, I was ready to head home anyways. And that's just what we did. We came home and slowly peeled each other out of our clothes and then layed down in bed and talked for awhile. I love my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better day! It didn't even matter that the ceremony wasn't outside, because, in the end, I am still married to the most wonderful man in the world!

Thank you Karen, I wish you had been there! And thank you Angel. I actually got the idea for the hairstyle from a wedding dress ad and then I asked her to make it a bit more curly than what was in the ad. Jason had wanted it down, so I got it as down as I could! :)

My Maid of Honor just emailed these two pictures to me. I thought they were cute, so I'd pass them along to you guys.
Tip for all those brides-to-be:
GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOU GET IN YOUR DRESS!!!!!!!! Especially if the only available bathroom is REALLY small! Yes Virginia, there is a toilet under there somewhere!

Okay, this one isn't a wedding pic, but it made me laugh. This is Amy's, my Maid of Honor, very soon to be husband (they're getting married in July...yay!). He's a good friend of mine too! He caught the garter at the wedding and came up with creative ways to use it!

Kelli, I love the bathroom picture. I did go before I put my dress on and din't drink much all day. But by the end of the night I was ready to burst. So before we left for the 2 block walk to the hotel, I knew that I had to go! Only, no one that I would want to share that "special" moment was around. My MOH and mom had laready gone home as did the rest of my bridesmaids except one and she was in worse shape than I was by that point. SO, poor Sean had to help me. We went intot he lady's locker room on the athletics floor of our club and he had to help me get my dress up and back into the stall. We still joke about it.
I love the second pic too. I sometimes wonder what goes through men's minds.

I did the same in my first wedding. I had my sister and my friend both in the wedding hold my dress for me just before the ceremony. THey all joked about me going before I got dressed. I did but by the time we got to my sisters house after the reception and before heading out to the bar ( which I DID NOT take my dress off for ) I had Nicholas help me with my dress so I could go. I have been there. And who better to help ya then the man you JUST married. Gotta love them.

Thanks you guys! I love the bathroom stories! I think it's kind of funny to hear that other people had problems. The biggest problem we had was the size of the bathroom I had to go in. The dress, as you can tell, didn't really fit!
I know that people are doing married journals now, but I just don't want to give up on this one! I may switch over at some point, but right now, I'd like to stay posting in this one...no offense Lacey! :) I do like the idea, I'm just not ready to not be the bride anymore! LOL!

No offense taken. I just couldn't wait to get back to my regualr normal life that had been prempted by the mini series drama that was my wedding.

The reason why I started one was because I didn't have the chance to make a journal as they came into the site AFTER we got married.
My only bathroom story is that at the reception I had to go!! So my SIL/MOH and one BM came with me, and my FG. (my neice Trinity) I didn't care because they couldn't see my butt because my dress was big enough to cover it. So I went. Then my neice announces she needs to tinkle and insists that Mommy (my SIL/MOH) and I hold up her dress now!! lmao. Kids!! They are so cute!! :)
