The dress I intend to get has a v neck line and a low V back... with lines like that I'm wandering if I should go for the Updo or Down... i was kinda thinking about a softly pulled back almost greek/roman look I dont know... and Im taking suggestions

I think that either the softly pulled back or an updo would work best with the style of gown that you have written about.

My dress is of the same style and I am going for an all up do. I am having a pleat because it looks very classy and seems to go well with the dress.

Pick the one that best complements your facial shape. (I'd ask your hair stylist)

For that reason I'm not going for traditional up-dos.

But have your stylist try it out and see if you like it!

Do you have a picture of yourself? Don't forget that the shape of your face has a big effect on how to wear your hair.

I do love the simplicity of this one, pulled right off the onewed site so I'm sure you've seen it before.

I am interested in this dress but really do not want to to register for another site. Do you think the artist would let you upload the picture here? (on your own thread of course)

The dress I'm in love with is similar in the neckline... My hair is medium length, but I plan on letting it grow out between now and then, and doing a half-up (just the top part pulled back softly - not to severe), and then the back cascading down in soft waves.

As others have said, have your hairdresser make suggestions based on the shape of your face, but also take into account the formality (or informality) of your dress. If it's very tailored or ornate, then maybe a more formal updo would suit it better. If it's softer, more free-flowing and informal, then let your hair be looser and more informal as well.
