Want Chicken???

Sunday night FH and I made a delicious chicken!!! Just thought I would share a pic or two! It was sooo good!!

Okay so I tried resizing that on my photobucket..The second one and it still came out rather larger and well unappetizing...Sorry, but I assure you it was delicious!!

Thanks! I Love cooking with FH...He always finds something inventive to do with food! We're actually hosting our first meal together for Easter. His parents, grand parents and three of his aunts and uncles are coming up Saturday night and spending Easter with us. Then after lunch we're all going over to my Gram's house for everyone to have a chance to meet and have a big easter egg hunt for the kids!

I probably won't host a Thanksgiving for sometime. That's something my Gram doesn't like to let anyone else do but her!

Next time Melissa, I'll make sure to call you first and invite you for dinner!!

That's too funny!! I have been a mom though for 6 years all in all..I got too little boys at home so I have been domesticated for awhile now!

ok...Yes I was just planning to tease! Okay maybe not but only because I don't remember all the ingredients we just sort of threw things in it!! LOL

We used a can of beer, a touch of magarine, jack daniels spices, fresh ground peper, chicken broth, and a touch of italian seasonings! We then baked it until done!

That's about all I think; just season to taste!

You better start writing down those awesome recipes girl! :D Don't be like me...I make something awesome and then I try to make it again from memory and it never turns out as well!
