Confused

I am having my weding in April.. What color scemes do ya'll think'll work for that time of yr? I live on the water and am decideing wether or not to have my wedding on the water or down town at a historic park? Any ideas?

The wedding colors are really all about who you are, and what kind of wedding you want. If it's at night, a darker or more dramatic color would look nice. If it's in the morning time, lighter and more pastel colors look more fitting.

I think that a wedding on the water is beautiful.. CindySue is having a wedding on the lake. I think that once you know what colors make you the happiest, then you'll know where to go from there..

I'm using my favorite color (lavender) and the color of my dress (ivory) to base everything on.

In April, you will want to go with "spring" colors too. My wedding is in May and our colors are turquoise and opal (which were my FH's idea and also our birthstones) and after we FINALLY decided on them, my whole wedding just fell into place.

Pastels are wonderful for that time of year....Our wedding is in July and we are using lavendar and yellow. You know I never thought to ask anyone if that would be a good combo for that time of year. I guess I was never too concerned. Hehehe. I think so long as it isn't a really dark color, anything you choose would be good for that time of year.

Thank u! And yes, Lavender and yellow are beautiful...as lons as the are bothe pastel...now if the yellow was bright and u put lavender with it. it would clash..all in all it sounds beautiful..

Heheh..yeah we aren't having like school bus yellow....a pastel yellow is what i was referring to.

I think white, turqoise, and seafoam would be beautiful on the water. My favorite color is pink, maybe a soft pink and raspberry?
