i am looking to do my own wedding arch. i was wondering how you would make an arch with sticks? how do you keep them together? has anyone ever done this? if so, how would i do this?

I am having my FFIL make a arch for me. I have no idea how you would go about building one though. But sticks hmmmm... I would assume that you would have to tie them up with some sort of fine wire to make it hold. I am not sure though sorry. I would love to see a pic of what you have in mind though

Very pretty...I'm thinking small facial nails to hold together along with vines...That's my thought but I'm not sure..

I have never heard of facial nails either. I wonder if she meant brads or finishing nails. I may be completly wrong though.

We call the facial nails around here..They are very tiny nails that when used they are only noticible very close up..Like we used them on our wood borders that go half way up out walls.. I forget the name of the wood that we used them for....lol
