Signature Limit

If you plan to put images in your signature the images can not be larger than 468x60, and can not be more than two images with no other text in your sig.

Example size would be:

Anything larger than this is to big of a signature, and text signatures should be no larger than 60px.. 60px is 1/2 the hight of the image provided!

Just wanted to let you all know that we are going to have to crack down on the signatures around here; some people have gone overboard with them.

So if your signature gets edited, this is why ... we will try to PM you and let you know what is up though ;)

Here is a little better explanation of how we will be handling it ...

In general there should be no more than two images (banners/tickers, etc) in your signature and they should be no larger than the standard banner (465x120) size. If you have two images in your signature, there needs to be no other text with it.

Some people have a few of those small little blinkie things (like me ;)) in their signature; I think these are ok as long as that is all you have and they are not too big or too many (we will say 4 is the limit) or too flashy and distracting. A banner or ticker and two small blinkies would be ok too.

If you just have a text signature, it shouldn't be more than 3 short lines of info and contain no more than 2 links. The text should also not be too big that it takes up more space than the image limit explained above would.

Vendors trying to stuff their signature with keywords will be removed too.
