Can any of you wonderful ladies recommend a comfortable bridal shoe? I am looking for something with a moderate heel ofcourse since FH is 5 11 and I'm 5 2. Most heels are so uncomfortable and I would like to find something with a little cushioning. I did find one brand called stride life but they didn't have anything in an off white that I would even like. I tried on a pair and they are VERY comfty, but they just didn't have a selection in the color I need. Any help would be great!

I hope this link works for you. Naturalizers are pretty comfortable. There are tons of shoes on the website but the link above is a certain shoe...you said ivory or white or, I'm can't remember...sorry. Some shoes are kinda granny looking, but there are some cute ones in there, too. I have a pair of their hills and I don't know what they do to them, but they are actually comfortable and I can wear them for up to a couple of hours without them hurting my feet. Hope that helps!

http://www.shoes.com/productimages/shoes_ibec1029305.jpgDoes this look corney??? This would compliment the sash on the back of my dress and the threading within the beading. DO you think these look granny??? LOLhttp://www.shoes.com/productimages/shoes_ifec1029305.jpg

No, they don't look granny AT ALL! I'm really diggin' the ankle strap. Ankle straps are not only really cute, but they are practical, too. You wouldn't have to keep worrying about your shoes slipping off. Did you find this shoe off the website? I didn't notice it before. Nice choice!

That one was from life stride...It occured to me that I don't have to go with just the off white I can go with a subtle gold color if I want since my dress has this huge light gold sash in the back! LOL I posted a poll of 4 shoes that I found so maybe that will help me decide!

How cool is that? Whatever it takes to help you decide. I think it'd go great with the sash...very neat. Although, many people won't even see them. But you'll know.

I love those shoes. I think they are sexy and flirty with the ankle strap.

Have you thought about dance shoes? I've done some dancing and ballroom shoes are actually very comfortable. The only thing is that they have suede soles (for turning) but that is part of what makes them more comfortable. My friends and I have bought some online before from exoticsalsashoes.com. There are all kinds of colors available and are about $50 a pair.

Dyeables has a shoe called lovely that is great. There are actually 4 different heel heights to choose from. Lovely and loveknot are both really great. They are able to be dyed. Good luck!!!:p

I had the Maggie diamond white for my dress color and I had just regular white heeled flipflops for mine wedding shoes. They were super comfortable, for me, but I still changed into regular flip flops for the reception.
