I just read some of the other girl's weight loss journals and decided to start one of my own. I am going to do like Maybride and write down everything that I eat for the day. I think that if I am more aware of how much I eat, and what I eat, I will eat less.

I am also going to try to stop drinking pop and drink more water. I just love Mountain Dew so much that I hate to give it up. I USUALLY only have about one a day.

Ok, here goes! No one has to read/respond to this, I just want somewhere to keep all of this info. Oh, and another downside to my life is that I am a college student working part-time, so my food options are somewhat limited. I am also broke so I don't want to buy my lunch at school; I always bring it with me.

• Breakfast: one Special K strawberry breakfast bar
• Dinner: 1 can Campbells Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup; 1 c. carrots; 1 can Mt. Dew; 1 tootsepop(sp?) sucker
• Supper: 2 baked fish loins (that is what they are called on the box! haha); 1/2 can Mt. Dew; four buscuits w/ butter and a little sugar ( )
• Snack: 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (I eat the shells too)

Wow, I was really bad today (with the buscuits!). I am glad that I am sharing this with you guys, even if it does embarrass me. I almost didn't put all of the buscuits down, but I don't want to lie!!

Two thumbs up for you. That is awesome that you're starting your journal. I'm sure it's going to help you so much. Good luck & don't be embarrassed...we ALL have our days!
